Amazon — for harry potter 7 volume book set | |||||
I purchased harry Potter 7 book set from Amazon for 2379. In return i got a notebook of 7 rs. Speaking to the customer service advisor (mutu) for 2 hrs he hung the call on me and when called again the supervisor(sangeeta)was rude and kept telling i will disconnect. I asked for a replacement and was advised there is no replacement. As there was no option had to settle for refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
