Amazon — haven't refunded money for selling expired products | |||
On september 2017, i placed an order for few snack bars from amazon india website and i received expired products which i asked them to either replace or refund and they agreed on refund after i mailed them the pictures of the product with expiry date mentioned. I was asked to update my account details on their website which i did twive atleast but they haven't refunded for more than a month now and keep giving unnecessary reasons. Please kindly help me. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 05, 2017 [email protected]'s response I was charged the sum of 394.60 tt for no reason, please rectify . I reported this to my credit company, I want my damn money back you all are cheats fooling people on the internet. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH AMAZON AGAIN, CHEATERS.NEED MY MONEY BACK.
