[Resolved]  Amazon — I still haven't received my refund money.

I ordered wildcraft 28.5 Ltrs bag from Amazon. Because of some issues I return this item on 7 October 2019. But still I don't get my money back. Please send my money. My references I'd is[protected]. I want my money back please send In my account. Please try my money as soon as possible. Because it's already delay from your side. Please look at this issue on urgent basis. I need my money back. And please find the attachment for more information.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Nutan ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for a Wildcraft 28.5 Ltrs Pink Casual Backpack (11989 Pink) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Woodpecker Bags ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 1500.00 as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his bank account on 7th October, 2019 vide refund reference number[protected].
In case the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
