Amazon In — delivery boy

I bought a OnePlus 7 on Amazon which was defective. I raised replacement request following which a technician came to inspect and ok-ed for replacement. Three days later the delivery boy who had the replacement phone refused to deliver it without some sort of receipt which Amazon never provides. Even after Amazon customer care talking to him he didn't deliver the phone to me.

I have been harassed my the whole process and I am running behind Amazon for over 2weeks for an item that coated me 33000 rs
