Dear Sir, I, Ram J Gupta purchased moto G turbo from Amazon.in with promo code order(ORDER NO. #[protected] on Sunday[protected] and paid the amount via credit card which was Rs. 4907/- and also get the confirmation of payment and order via email. And also there is a mail saying we will confirm your delivery date and send your separately. But in evening I have received mail that your order has been cancelled due to technical issue. This is not my fault for the issue. They have received the payment and they have confirmed it . This is happening Third time with me. At the time of Diwali this type of issue I have faced but that time I have tolerated this but this time not. Why customer suffer due to their mistakes. I have paid the money and I want the product.
