[Resolved]  Amazon.in — Not delivered the product on time..still pending. Also, not giving the genuine Compensation

Hello Sir, I have ordered a product worth Rs 94 from Amazon.in order no. is[protected].As per amazon the product was scheduled to be delivered by 24th Sept 2015. However, product was not dleivered so on 25th Sept 2015, I asked them to deliver the product as I have to purchase the product on Saturday from market if not delivered becasue the delivery address was my office address where I resume my duty on 28th Sept 2015. However, I have not recieved the product on 25th Sept as well. Because of these delay, I have purchased the product from market, I have spent my time, my vehicle fuel and also taken so much pain to purchase the product from market today. Because of all these I need atleast 300 Rs compensation. However, they have given me the compensation of Rs94. Is it not a kind of insulting to the customer. Please do the needful as this cases will definately not support customer satisfaction and also make it very difficult for a customer to purchase a product online.
