Amazon In — Payment not received

Respected mam/sir

I have purchased Inalsa air fryer on 21 sep 2020 of amount INR 3510. I have made the payment through my debit card but there was some issue at amazon end & the product was not delivered to me and amazon themselves iniciated the refund of the above amount dated 1 oct 2010.They have advise that the amount was credited to my debit card.

But till date i have not received the payment from amazon though they are saying that they have done the payment from their end & shared the RRN - EWZTLVZM0000KEU76S0S.

Request you to kindly help the resolve the above issue & arrange to transfer the amount in my account.
