Amazon.in — Product missing when delivered | |||||
I am Mandeep kaur, resident of Chandigarh ordered IPHONE 6 S from Amazon (Order #[protected] when today i received the package, phone was missing and box was filled with thermacol and plastic. Now if i am asking company for refund they are giving me excuses that already refund is issued to you many times in past. Whereas this is the 1st time i ordered something from Amazon. At my current address overall 6 different families are staying might someone had bad record, but why i am being penalised and identify and my previous history can be verified. Team, I still haven't received any revert from Amazon . What was the use of posting complaint on this site when no action is taken .
