I purchased LG Ultragear QHD (32 inch / 80 cm) 165 Hz 1ms, Nvidia G-Sync Compatible, FreeSync Premium, HDR 10, HDMI, Tilt, Height, Pivot Stand, VA Panel Gaming Monitor (32GN650) on 7/26/2022. We are not able to see the monitor more than 2 to 5 mins. We are not satisfied with the product asked for refund as per the policy and they have not sent the technicians as well. The customer care executive are not responding properly. They are responding lethargically. Called more than 10 times, put on hold and disconnecting the calls. The main concern for me is service. Literally I got cheated by Amazon. They are putting on mute and they are not listening my concern. We asked for technician they dint send the technician. Simply saying this product doesnt have return and replacement policy. But while purchasing the product it is mentioned as return is possible in 7 days. Was this information helpful? |
