Amazon.in — Seller support is not helping me out | |||||
Hi, I am a new seller on Amazon.in with the nae of Ridhi Creations (PCID-[protected]). My account got live around 7th October 2016. Since it got live all my inventory was listed with Rs. 150 shipping charges. I have made changes in shipping settings and made all shipping charges zero under my account on seller central. But still Shiping charges Rs. 150 is visible on all of my inventory. I have contacted the concerned person who made my account live in Prione.in. She said it's in the hand of Seller Support and she called the seller support and raised the TT no. [protected] on 21st Oct 2016 (PFA screen shot of my case log). After that I have been calling seller support every alternate day to get an update on this issue but every time I get the same answer that it is a technical fault and will be resolved within 48 hours. Now it's been a week now but nothing happened. After getting tired of this I am writing this mail to you to help me out on this issue as your seller support or any other source of seller help is of no use. They are working on a same record " your issue will be resolved shorty". This was the first time I started selling online on any portal and it has become the worst experience for me. Being such a renounced international brand Amazon I trusted it blindly but now I think its working worst then any other online portal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
