I Ordered Placed on dt.06/08/2023, 2 watches and 1 Headphone which was delivered on 10/08/2023. Order ID- ORDER #[protected].
I called Customer care on 11/08/2023 for the first time to return the 1 black watch changed into another grey color watch.
She told me, "I will proceed with your complaint, our delivery boy will come and collect the order". After 4-5 days nobody's come to collect my delivery order to return.
Then I again complaint to customer care Mr. Harish Bhardwaj, He said "I saw your complaint, but we can't return/ replace your ordered", He blamed on me, you selected 2 black watch, I told them this is mistake by your system, Amazon app glitched and selected 2 black watch, then proceed the payment and delivery the same.
I requested the Consumer complaint team, Please give me justice and return this Product ASAP. This watch cost too high Rs. 2, 500/-, I can't afford this loss. Please...
