[Resolved]  Amazon India — 25499 Nintendo switch fake product delivered

On 23 Aug 23 have ordered Nintendo switch ver 2 from Amazon india. On 31 aug 23 the product was delivered to me without taking the otp . The delivery boy ran away. After few minutes the otp message came to my mobile and the product was showing delivered on Amazon mobile app. Immediately I opened the product and found piece of clothes, at the same time I complaint about this to customer care. They asked for 4 days of investigation time. Post investigation the customer specialist Himanshi told me nothing will happen, we have delivered the product, you are lying. Hence I have decided to complaint about this, as I have very less expectation from this forum let's hope for the best. Order id[protected]. Order date 23 aug 23.

Nothing much ... they have refunded my amount as the seller was fraud.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The very next day delivery came and said ma'am "I have not delivered this package". When I asked that why you have not taken OTP, he said "it got approved, I have no idea." The return bill he brought that can be scanned but the bar code on my box which was delivered cannot be scanned as it was fake . Attaching the same.
