[Resolved]  Amazon India — 25499 Nintendo switch fake product delivered

On 23 Aug 23 have ordered Nintendo switch ver 2 from Amazon india. On 31 aug 23 the product was delivered to me without taking the otp . The delivery boy ran away. After few minutes the otp message came to my mobile and the product was showing delivered on Amazon mobile app. Immediately I opened the product and found piece of clothes, at the same time I complaint about this to customer care. They asked for 4 days of investigation time. Post investigation the customer specialist Himanshi told me nothing will happen, we have delivered the product, you are lying. Hence I have decided to complaint about this, as I have very less expectation from this forum let's hope for the best. Order id[protected]. Order date 23 aug 23.
