I ordered a ' Giotto 32oz Plastic Leakproof BPA-Free with Time Marker & Straw Drinking Water Bottle to Ensure You Drink Enough Water Throughout the Day (Ombre Green, Purple, Large, Pack of 1) ' on 4 May 2023. The online payment of rupees 288 was already completed.

On 10 May 2023, when I checked for tracking details, it showed that the product was delivered to the customer at 12 am on Monday 10 th may Monday. However, the product was not delivered and the tracking details also seemed absurd. It appears to be a fraud.

    I lost almost 250000 i invested all my fund to the online account but i didn't get single rupee back. she is telling u should recharge completely to with draw the amount plz return my amount back i am help less now. i asked the manager regarding this, she told its completely custodian amount it will be safe. after recharging 50000 they will pay complete amount, plz help me regarding this

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to bring to your attention a recent delivery issue I faced with Amazon. I had ordered a monitor (Order ID:[protected] to be delivered to my doorstep, but to my dismay, the delivery person refused to deliver the product and instead asked me to come and collect it from their location.

      I was informed that the delivery person had reached my address, but refused to deliver the product citing reasons that were not valid. I was shocked to hear this, as I had paid for the delivery charges and had expected the product to be delivered to my doorstep.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Amazon and would like to express my grievances. The reason for ordering the product online was to avoid the hassle of physically going to a store to purchase it. By asking me to come and collect the product, it defeats the purpose of online shopping.

      Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that the product was returned to Amazon due to the delivery person's negligence. This has caused inconvenience and frustration to me as a customer.

      I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen to any other customer. I request you to please make arrangements for the product to be delivered to my doorstep. Now I have received a message that your amount will be refunded soon. With whose permission you have cancelled the order. Who asked you for the refund??and who asked you to cancel the order?

      I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter at the earliest. Or else i will seek the help from consumer court and i will be filing a complaint against amazon India and the delivery agent.

        Hi,
        I'm Lokeshh from Chennai, TamilNadu.

        I have ordered two items on Amazon for my Girlfriend birthday. It shows delivered. But I haven't received it yet. Tried chatting and called customer care. They say it has been escalated. But no update after that. The birthday got over and I'm still yet to receive an item. This is really frustrating.

        I'm still surprised that how can a delivery agent do that without even contacting me. I guess he simply dropped off the parcel somewhere. This could have been prevented if they had OTP for delivery because the delivery cannot be completed without getting the OTP from me.

          It is very disappointing with Amazon India,

          I ordered a product M19 Wireless In-Ear Earbuds TWS 5.1 Large Screen Dual LED Digital Display Touch Bluetooth Headphones Mini Compact Portable Sports Waterproof Stereo Earphones, on 9th April 2023 for Rs 649. Still, I received a faulty product from the seller.

          Amazon team picked up a return on 17th April 2023. Pickup Tracking ID:[protected]. We expected a refund to come on 20th April as per Amazon’s given timeline, but I have not received the refund to date. As per Amazon’s account, they showed a refund credited to your original payment method but still not credited to my amazon pay wallet.

          This is urgent; please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

            Ordered the following item ORDER PLACED 17 April 2023 TOTAL 6, 550.00
            ORDER #[protected], this was delivered on Apr 21 and I found some parts missing so I initiated a return. Pick up was scheduled for 27 th April which was not EXECUTED by Amazon. Subsequently spoke to customer service etc. and raised another return request which was scheduled for May 4th which was also not executed. Today when I tried to process another request the system would not allow me to do so as the time window was over! Clear case of cheating and stalling to ensure the return and refund does not happen. Kindly help.. thanks

                    I ordered a smart watch using credit card on amazon money was debited...
                    Amazon account in hold after adding money in amazon pay balance.. While contacting customer service they always saying 24hr..
                    Oder was not delivered because of account hold...
                    My amazon pay balance also gone..
                    Issue date - February 2023 contacted customer service many times in February, march, April in 2023..

                      Hi im from SA saw this add on social mesia Amazon..i was first in contact with someone on whatsapp then i was assigned to a tutor on telegram all went well after my first recharge/deposit completed my task order without any hassles got my earnings of so +=R300 I was then asked if id like to continue i ofcourse said yes im here to get rich just earn a few rand extra as a single mom and the soul provider..i recharged with R500 started with my task 20 task orders again i had to recharged 600 this continued again i had to recharged i ended up sending rhem R7922 my monthly earnings i was left with 5 orders bt first had to recharge with R7811 in order to continue my task orders they encouraged to ask friends and family and borrow the money...im still trying to get my money frm them 3months down the line...all of a sudden i can not see the amount i invested the tutor gave some sort of an excuse i didnt buy i can only see what they say is my commission...please any1 thats still considering joining this platform they are SCAMMERS RUN...im still struggling financially now im even worse than before i joined Amazon...it makes me FURIOUS that people can take ones hard earning money without feeling bad...I DESPERATELY NEED MY MONEY BACK

                        This is regarding my order #[protected] placed on 17th April which was out for delivery stage( after waiting so many days) on 28th April at that time it was cancelled by amazon on 29th April without having any discussion with Customer. Now, due to this I ordered another extended warranty order #[protected] which is related to order #[protected] now it's waste of money which worth's 2k the refund order will reimburse but 2nd order it's waste of money because prev order was cancelled by amazon.

                              Recived diaper which gets soiled in few mins, made atleast 20 calls to amazon to solve this.

                                My order with number[protected] i ordered 3 quantity but received only two quantity... But i paid for 3 items. The package was closed with tape on it... My items was missing in that i request u to either send me items or refund. I am attaching the label of packages with cover where it's clearly mentioned that both product contained single quantity... It's openly mentioned on packages. But amazon specialists team saying they can't refund or send me product... It's totally unfair with me. They are not ready to listen. It's customer exploitation and unfair practices by amazon...

                                They did similar to me about a different order. I had ordered two badminton racquets - they sent the cheaper one, but didn't include the more expensive one. The so-called Amazon Specialists team then refused to refund; but also refused to provide proof of delivery. This is organised crime by Amazon India to rob customers of their hard-earned money by not refunding for undelivered items in an order.

                                  My Last working day in Amazon was 14th March and i have still not recived my full and final settlement amount.
                                  I have been in touch with erc-exit india team from last 1 month through email but I am not getting any update from them.
                                  There are 2 tickets which they have opened from last 1 month and is still in open state without any proper clarification.
                                  Amazon owes me a very huge amount ~ 20 lakhs and this issue is not...

                                  I ordered walnuts via amazon ORDER #[protected] and to my surprise i received an item with an expired date, poor quality and less than what I paid for. I ordered for 1 KG and I received 250 gram pack.
                                  Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Sharing receipts for the items received. I have spend hours awaiting call back and received any. It's a complete fraudulent, done by seller where you pay them for full price and you receive expired and also less quantity and poor-quality items.

                                    we have placed the order on 1st March 2023.

                                    On 4th march we are supposed to get the delivery of the product, as we did not receive the product, I have request for cancellation, and for that we have waited for 7 days,

                                    On March 24, 2023 we got a confirmation mail that refund has been process since then we have not received the amount and we are not able to cancel the product also, and none of the customer service executives are answering properly and they are not giving any updated either by chat or by call.

                                    We are corporate customers and actually we should get the refund after 45dasy at least, no one doing the needful. Kindly process the refund, it is something unfair dealing with us.

                                    We are booking products in amazon, because of trust, kindly consider this issue seriously and refund the money back.
