I'm a tourist. My Amazon account is +86 [protected]. I bought a Flipkart gift card for 500 rubles with Mastercard on Amazon, only because Flipkart couldn't pay with Mastercard, but Amazon froze my account. I tried many times to submit to the billing address for unsealing, but was unsuccessful. I used another email to contact Amazon India customer service, but he asked me to provide the order, I can not log in, how can I provide the bill. I am just a foreigner who wants to shop on the Internet in India. I love India, please don't change my impression of India because of this incident.

    I had placed an order for the book, which showed that the order is delayed.
    All of a sudden that changed to delivered. and customer support tells me the return window closed so they cant help.

      I Ordered Placed on dt.06/08/2023, 2 watches and 1 Headphone which was delivered on 10/08/2023. Order ID- ORDER #[protected].
      I called Customer care on 11/08/2023 for the first time to return the 1 black watch changed into another grey color watch.
      She told me, "I will proceed with your complaint, our delivery boy will come and collect the order". After 4-5 days nobody's come to collect my delivery order to return.
      Then I again complaint to customer care Mr. Harish Bhardwaj, He said "I saw your complaint, but we can't return/ replace your ordered", He blamed on me, you selected 2 black watch, I told them this is mistake by your system, Amazon app glitched and selected 2 black watch, then proceed the payment and delivery the same.

      I requested the Consumer complaint team, Please give me justice and return this Product ASAP. This watch cost too high Rs. 2, 500/-, I can't afford this loss. Please...

        Dear sir
        On 07.08.23 i have placed an order for the booking of iqoo 11 5g (legend 16 gb 256 ram) in exchange oh my redme note 10 pro mobile, @₹52528 and paid through my axis bank account, on the same day ihave cancelled my order, and Amazon has given the refund reference number as 74332743220321931193760, it is already 10 days lapsed, but the amount is not credeted in to my account by Amazon

          This seller is faurd, please don't by anything from this selle, I oreder the item, after sometime received call from seller (Aviska) and he offer me item on only 28700 . He was cancelled my order which I did from amazon and he asked me to pay 13700 first time and after delivery you can pay reset amount. Now he not picking my phone.

          I have added 200000 amazon shopping vouchers to my account [protected]@gmail.com I want to purchase on amazon. But when I place order through these vouchers my order get cancelled. Costumer care replies that restricted to digital purchases only due to multiple violations of Amazon's policy. What is that.

            8th August 2023, I was invited by hiring manager of Amazon mall task platform for part-time job we have conversation through telegram her name is suzan, I was offered small amount first yes and I completed even its withdrawal. Secondly she told me to proceed and choose which amount i can recharge then I chose no. 2 which is 1, 000 birr to withdraw 1, 900 birr I finished the last task suddenly another 1 grab undo task need to do, they told to recharge the account with 1, 000 birr again to completethetask and withdraw my money, I did it, the same they undo and add another task and told to recharge once more, the recharge is getting higher. SUPPOSEDLY I'M DONE WITH EVERYTHING AND THE GRAB ORDER MUST TURN TO ZERO but they added one undo task.

            I asked them why there is another undo task, I'M DONE PAYING THE LAST PENDING ITEMS THEN THERE IS ANOTHER ONE. WHY THERE IS ANOTHER TASK I ASKEDTHEM?.
            They keep insisting to finish the task first to withdraw the money they are rude the way the costumer service response. She just keep insisting finish the task. I did not proceed because I realized THEY ADDING GRAB UNDO ORDER TASK UNTIL YOU CAN NOT REACH THE RECHARGE supposedly I'M DONE WITH MY TASK AND THE COUNTING SHOULD TURN INTO ZERO TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY BUT what they did they added more undo task and give higher recharge. I want my money back please help me. I keep asking them why there is another task need to be done that supposedly I'M DONE WITH it but they keep asking finish the task and withdraw the money . I do not own the money that why I need my money back. Please help me, I begging you, I grab this opportunity because I don't have work. This is my first time. please help me, lord help us people.

              I am very disappointed with this kind of delivery fraud service provided by Amazon. Please find the below details.

              Prepaid Amt : 1368.95 Rs

              I didn't received the order but Amazon delivery boy has marked it as delivered at today 9:58PM. After saw this status I checked with my neighbours and at my doorstep but nothing was there regarding my order.

              Then on same time I gave a call to Amazon customer care at 10:06pm and one of Amazon delivery team customer executive attend to my issue. Below mentioned executive details

              Amazon executive Name : Himanshu ( he denied to give his employee Id or surname)

              Himanshu told me sometime it's happened when delivery boy wants to achieve their targets so they marked as delivered.

              So my questions to Amazon and it's delivery Team

              1 if your delivery boy came on my location then why he didn't call to me ? - I have called 19 times to your delivery boy but single ring and cut for more details please find the snapshot of calls.

              2 OTP amazon gave for security then from where delivery boy got my OTP and mark as delivered?

              3 Amazon making people fool or fraud with their prepaid clients ?

              4 Amazon do such kind of delivery target complete activities doing misuse of their clients trust?

              I request to Amazon to take a strict action on this and money doesn't matter we ordered from Amazon coz we want that item on time so i request Amazon to deliver my product on tomorrow first half otherwise I will cancel it and never do any deals with Amazon.

              I will take the strict actions on Amazon for making delivery fraud and do complaint on consumer forum and on social media applications.

                I have paid for amazon prime subscription on 30aug2022 by hdfc bank net banking
                transection ref no is

                but my subscription was not updated till today and I am not able to use amazon prime benefits
                on contacting the company helpline they are evasive, not answering about where did the money go or why my subscription was not updated

                  As a prime member Ordered on 6 August 2023 Order#[protected], delivery date Arriving Mon, 21 Aug.
                  (As a prime memer Order first but deliver date afte 15 days)

                  from 10th onwards same product, same address, getting same day delivery
                  when we raise complaint they simplay ask us to wait till 21st August.

                  Laste two days No proper answer no response

                  when try to raise a complaint in support team they are accepting the mistake but not try to help just transferred to escalation team. Mr. prakash not ready listen. rude and not supportive. worst behavior. (worder how he got such a responsible job)

                    I received a message on 10th August 2023 that transaction of Rs.1499.00 at AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI against E - mandate registered by you at merchant is debited to your SBI credit card account. Though NO Such registration or transaction have been done by me or my any relatives....

                    I had ordered Nokia 2660 Flip 4G Volte keypad dated 08 August 2023. The delivery was received on 09 August 2023. When i opened it after 10 minute the product inside was a headphone of Boat. I immediately took pictures of the same and requested a return and refund of the product. In the reason for refund i clearly mentioned that i have received wrong product. I have also posted photo of headphone which i had received by Amazon. Attaching photos of the product received in the parcel.

                    Next to next day on 11 August 2023, i have not received any feedback from Amazon India then i called to Amazon executive I spoke with him, but executive told me that we have delivered correct product so that we can't take your request further.

                    In the entire process i was never once contacted or informed of the process being done. So amazon sold a product to me through Appario Retail Private Ltd (which is ultimately held by Amazon group). The delivery was fulfilled by Amazon. Investigation team was of Amazon. I was not contacted once and Amazon concluded that i am a fraud and not entitled to return & refund. Where are the principles of natural justice here? Why was i not contacted even once before deciding that i am a fraud? How did the investigation team conclude that i had changed the product? Without asking me the customer about the facts how can investigation be closed by Amazon?

                    My order id is:[protected] for product Nokia 2660 Flip 4G Volte keypad Phone with Dual SIM, Dual Screen, inbuilt MP3 Player & Wireless FM Radio | Black & amount is 4248.67 INR.

                    I request to consumer team please take tight action against Amazon India to avoid any such kind of issues with another customer.

                    I am still waiting for return & refund.

Since the order was not marked delivered on the Amazon App, I requested the customer care to initiate the return and refund for my product for which they asked me to wait for 48 hours for the order status to be updated as they have raised a complaint with their logistics team. I have contacted the customer care again on 8th aug 2023 since there was no update on the order status. They replied saying they cannot initiate the refund or return of the product dispute it being covered in the 10 day return policy.
                      Please refund my total amount RS.8990+100= 9090/- but Amazon was refunded it is RRN:[protected]

                              On 30th July 2023 we ordered a sphatik mala diamond cut 10mm size mentioned as CERTIFIED ORIGINA lSPHATIK .
                              Before placing order We called Amazon customer care about its quality they said "don't worry if you find it is not up to the quality we will immediately. initiate refund". Going with their words we placed the order.
                              On 6th August we received the product. After checking it carefully we found its
                              1. Made of cheap industrial glass inside it is filled with dust and air bubble. .
                              2. Even its genuinely fake the size is 7mm not 10 mm as mentioned in product description.
                              3. Like any ither real sphatik it don't spark when rub them.
                              4. There was no certificate with the product to claim this products genuinity.
                              Since 6th August we are trying to return this fake item to amazon India. First they created a return request. Next day they say the request was wrong we will create another request.
                              Next their pickup guy cancelled the return.
                              Now they are telling if incase the return is successful, it will take more than a month to transfer the amount to you
                              They are keep delaying the process. Since their refund/ return time frame is 7 dsys from delivery after a few day's they we refuse the return telling its beyond the given time frame.

                              We need our money back. And want Amazon India to respond clearly.. It is a very bad business practice if customer finds out its a fake product., then intentionally haress customer and refuse to refund their money.
                              Very bad experience with Amazon India. This is not a honest way to operate in India.

                                Fraud of Rs. 32,500 for Google Pixel 6A refund initiated.

                                I am writing this complaint with extreme frustration regarding the mishandling of a refund for a Google Pixel 6A phone that i purchased from amazon. I was given a warranty claim certificate haven't still received the refund amount of 32, 500. It has been almost 2 months since the refund process was initiated(19th June 2023).
                                I have been robbed of my phone AND the refund amount since they say that the refund was initiated but never...

                                Amazon India is cheating its customers by delivering junk items instead of ordered products. Customers made to run from pillar to post, instead of refunding money or delivering ordered post.
                                I ordered AUDIO-TECHNICA HEADPHONE ATH-50x for Rs. 11, 000/- but got some junk may of few hundred rupees.
                                Amazon India is harassing me for refund of money or replacement of junk with ordered product ATH-50x.
                                Since there no way to reach them, they thing keep harassing customers as we are beggars and begging them for our ordered product.
                                In case of wrong delivery they deliver ordered product and collect the junk which they have delivered ether intentionally or by mistake.

                                  The seller COCOBLU RETAIL LIMITED, has shipped a wrong product (photo of the same is attached)

                                  I wanted replacement as I am big fan Audio-Technica, I want Audio-Technica product only. Initially, asked me return the item. Now they updated the status saying that “customer refused to return “. My stand is that they deliver the ATH-50x and at the same time collect the wrong item they have delivered.

                                  Please talk to your reseller and ask him to deliver the product ATH-50x, which I have ordered.
