Amazon India — 3 months (No product and No Refund)

I ordered a product and i was told that i will get on June 10 th. Neither i received the product nor i got the Refund Until today. The cost of the product is Rs 4507. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

This is the claim from A to Z guarantee Amazon. It is clearly mentioned to contact after 5 days if there is no reimbursement. I contacted many times, however they didnt give me any refund until now. I regret of buying products through Amazon.
