Amazon India — a-to-z claim resolution and vendor support

Requirement: Need Top Level Escalation Team Resolution Call on [protected].

Background: Our records indicate that the buyer received the product promptly, and there was no return initiated within the specified return window. However, despite this, the buyer has claimed a refund. We believe this situation warrants urgent attention.

Evidence:

Material Receipt: The buyer received the product on 15/05/2024, and we have proof of delivery.
Refund Deduction: Amazon deducted the payment from our account, even though the buyer had both the product and the refund.

Vendor Support: We appreciate Amazon’s commitment to buyer satisfaction, but we are concerned about the lack of support for vendors in cases like this. As responsible sellers, we rely on fair and transparent processes to maintain trust with our customers.

Action Taken: We kindly request an update on the actions taken by the Amazon seller team regarding this case. Has there been any follow-up with the buyer? Is the buyer denying any wrongdoing? We need clarity to address this issue promptly.

Business Impact: The continued occurrence of such incidents could severely impact our business. We urge Amazon to investigate thoroughly and ensure that justice prevails.

Resolution Request: Please refund our money promptly or provide clear evidence supporting the buyer’s claim. If this issue persists, it may lead to a significant drop in your business. We will stop selling on the Amazon for further. we don't need these kind of the business from the buyer. Kindly take strong action to the buyer as well so that in future buyer will also take care of the same.
