I had purchased a shopping voucher of Rs.5000 from Amazon; when I try to redeem it my orders were getting auto cancelled by the Amazon team.This issue started when I raised a complaint through ingram via Grievance Number: 3808355.After forced to give refund back to me in the case(since it was Amazon's mistake) they blocked my account which I got to know when my orders were getting auto cancelled.There was a lot of communication with the team regarding this and on 29.12.23 they confirmed that the order cancellations was a mistake from my their part and I can continue to use my account(Document 1 attached) On the basis of that only I bought a shopping voucher and when I try to redeem it, orders started getting auto cancelled again.When contacting the customer care team, they are simply stating since they found some issues in my account, they have cancelled the order and arrogantly state that "We'll no longer be able to intervene on this subject and your emails will remain unanswered."(Document 2 attached) My request is to cancel the shopping voucher and refund the money in my original payment method ASAP.

    I have been trying to return order[protected]Kotty Women's solid polyester blend cherry maroon trousers) since 8th June, 2024, but it has been repeatedly cancelled without a valid reason. I spoke with customer service on June 16, 2024, where I was assured the order would be picked up on June 17, 2024 (Monday), which did not happen.

    Also order[protected] since 24th June but it has been repeatedly cancelled without a valid reason. I spoke with customer service on June 26, 2024, where I was assured the order would be picked up on July 2nd, 2024 (Tuesday), which did not happen.
    This morning, I contacted customer care again regarding the same issue. They informed me that my order will be picked up in two days but its been days since my orders have been picked up. I urgently need a proper explanation and request the pickup of the mentioned orders.

        Amazon Order Id:[protected]

        Ordered date 11/june/24

        I've raised return request 5 times so far. Every time no one shows up. I'd spent atleast 45 min each time to chat/talk to Amazon customer service, but no resolution except that they cannot escalate, Amit is the highest escalation and as per their policy, they can't do anything other than creating one more return request. When I've asked to the customer care what if it was not picked up again, they replied saying why I'm thinking negative, which is a way of attacking and they continue to say they can't predict future instead of giving answer.

        Moreover, when return pickup fails, no one from Amazon is calling for follow up despite multiple escalations, backend intimations, NOC pickup requests etc. all they say is, as per their policy they can only raise one more return request and no use of escalation as the supervisor will also do same.

        I see a failure in Amazon system and their policies which courier partners are taking advantage of these loop holes making customer loose. Its waste of money time and mental torture by Amazon. Also, in a way they are looting customer's money and saying my money is safe with them.

        Amazon customer service is saying lies by saying they created a NOC pick up, but next agent says, previous pickup was not NOC pickup. Also, they were rude in multiple ways. One person says, I've created return for the first time ignoring previous 3 failed pickupa, not representing Amazon. Other person says, there is no escalation and he(Amit) is the highest level of escalation

          I have ordered OnePlus Nord 3 on 18 June 2024 at 19999 that is delivered on 20 June. After a day I saw a minor gap between display and frame of phone (check out the picture below) and raised complaint for replacement on 21 June. I got replacement on 25 June that is to be delivered between 7am to 10 pm.
          On 25 June, I waited for delivery, but I didn't get any call from delivery boy till 7 pm and then I talked 3-4 times to amazon agent...

          Firstly, I want to bring to your attention that I suspect orders are being intentionally returned for various reasons because our location is a bit far from the city. It seems representatives, agents, or local service providers don't want to spend time delivering to this area and are therefore returning the products with false reasons on the portal. This has also happened to our neighbors, who had to rebook 3 or 4 times to finally receive their products.

          In my case, I ordered 2 geysers with ORDER #[protected]. I received a call from an agent stating that the wrong pincode was entered and the order could not be delivered, asking me to cancel and reorder. After correcting the pincode and reordering, the product was returned again Order#[protected], this time with the reason that it was damaged (as informed by an Amazon agent). I find it suspicious that they knew it was damaged without delivering it.

          I believe this could be a fraudulent activity to avoid traveling 5-6 kms for delivery. Neighbors have reported that only small products are delivered promptly, while larger items require multiple reorders.

          FYI: I have ordered once again to check whether this also gets return or delivered - ORDER #[protected]
          As suspected, this order is also returning back

          I request the respective teams to review the return history for the 517507 or 517505 Mallamgunta area in Tirupati and take appropriate action if any discrepancies are found, as many people are facing similar issues. Alternatively, if this cannot be resolved, please consider removing this pincode from Amazon's delivery areas to prevent further inconvenience.

            I have ordered a set of three T shirt from amazon on 31st May 2024 price was Rs 689. But I receive only two t shirt. After this I create a return request, amazon agent came to pick up but he denied to pick up he told me that he can not verified it because he has instructed to pick up 03 t shirt, but you have only two t shirt. So told me to call customer care again & raise a new pick up request & remove verification process during pick up, only he can pick up this product. I called customer care again, they arrange pick again & again, but no one came for pick up the T shirt. Amazon care executive told to follow today on 25th June 2024, & they will provide the resolution. Now they are saying that they wont be able to take any action on this. Neither they will return the product nor they provide my refund. Its a loss for me, why would I pay them extra money...Plz help me regarding this. I have only two pick up ID

              My order no- Order#[protected].

              My Order was supposed to be delivered on 14th June. However it was not delivered. On 15th I contacted the Chat support team they informed there is some issue with parcel we will deliver on 17th. On 17th Morning delivery agent called me to check I am home. I waited all day for the delivery guy and in the evening he said I have given the parcel to another agent.
              On 18th I have raised concern on social media. They raised escalation Ticket on 18th and asked to me to wait for 3 business days. From then on everyday I am following up but no one bothers to give status on the ticket. Chat and Toll free team is not aware of Social media escalations and there is no way to connect with social media team.

                    return picked up but amazon is not ready to refund my rs 34, 000

                    I had ordered Ray ban glasses of Rs 34, 000 which was picked up for return on 09-Jun-2024. It's been more than 10 days, and I have not yet receieved refund. Previously it was displaying on the Amazon account that refund will be issued once they receive the item. Today (20-Jun-2024), it is showing in the refund status that product is lost in transit.

                    Is it my fault? Why Amazon is not issuing the refund.

                    I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon India regarding a damaged product and unresolved issues with my order (No.[protected] placed on May 18, 2024. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, my concerns remain unaddressed. Installation and Damage: The installation, scheduled for May 25, 2024, was delayed, and upon opening the package, the product was found damaged. I promptly initiated a refund on May 26, 2024, and the order was canceled. Pickup Issues: The product was delivered in two packages. When the pickup personnel arrived on May 27, 2024, they collected only one package. Multiple contacts with Amazon on May 28, 2024, and May 31, 2024, led to further delays and cancellations, leaving the second package uncollected as of June 4, 2024. Repeated Attempts: I contacted Amazon again on June 4, 7, 10, and 14, 2024, but received no resolution. Each time, I was reassured of a prompt solution, which did not materialize. Refund Delay: Inquiring about the refund on June 4, 2024, I was informed of a 13-day processing period. Despite requesting to speak with the grievance redressal team, no follow-up occurred. As a long-standing customer with both a business and Prime account, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I request immediate pickup of the remaining package, an expedited refund, and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

After struggling a lot, they picked up the product and after 10 days of pick up they are saying I returned different product. I am receiving no response from customer service. My item is of Rs 34000. I want to say to everyone that DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS ON AMAZON. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A TRAP TO FOOL US.

                      The product is expired in May 24 & they have sent the expired product for my June's order.
                      We have used it once & found rashes on the face & skin.

                      We can't even return, we can't even use the product, having issue with rashes after one use. please help us get back our Money with proper compensation for the time wasted, facing issues with itching on face & body. & warn them strictly for not doing this mistake even again to anyone

                        I have purchased a product from amazon Dr. Pen Original M8 Ultima order details are order Date : 29-May-2024

                        The order marked as delivered on 30th may but i haven't received the order so raised the complaint to customer support the customer support person said to wait for 2 days afetr 2 days I again call they asked me to wait for the product delivery timeline which is till 6th of June on 6th june they mentioned to wait till 5 more days as they have raised asked info to courier team to get info about the package. When asked about the same on 12th of june they are saying to wait for another 4 days. This is unacceptable from amazon their customer support representatiive are unsuuportive and no well spoken and behave they just don't care about customers and their feelings.

                        I would like toi have a refund of the product ASAP and also strict action should be taken towards all the customer care representative for providng wrong information and delaying the process.

                          I am writing to complain about my recent order (#[[protected], placed on June 3, 2024, for a wireless microphone. The total cost of the order was Rs 999.

                          As of today, June 10, 2024, I have not received the microphone. Additionally, there is no record of a refund being processed for this order.

                          I am disappointed with this experience. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter.

                          I would appreciate it if you could investigate the whereabouts of my order and expedite the delivery process if possible. However, if the product is unavailable, I request a full refund of Rs 999 to be processed to my original payment method.

                            I ordered Atom ASITIS Whey protein Isolate(4kg) but I got Atom Whey protein Isolate + concentrate(4Kg) which was around 2, 500 rupees cheaper than the ordered one. I contacted their customer service ASAP and told them the same but they said the transaction details hasn’t been processed yet so, try to contact us later. So, on the 2nd June I contacted them again and this time they said we have filed a complaint please call us back on 6th June but due to busy work schedule I wasn’t able to contact them. Now, on Saturday 8th June when I am trying to reach them there’s no option to do that and also there’s nothing like ongoing complaint about my wrong order.

                              On February 21, 2024, I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban kids UV protected sunglasses with Order ID[protected] for Rs. 4690/-. From Amazon Application Subsequently, on February 24, 2024, I placed another order for the same Ray-Ban sunglasses with Order ID[protected], this time for Rs. 4, 221/-. Both orders were returned and collected by an Amazon delivery agent on March 2, 2024.

                              While the refund for Order ID[protected] for Rs. 4, 221/- was promptly processed and settled, I am facing significant delays and complications with the refund for Order ID[protected] amounting to Rs. 4690/-.

                              Despite being assured that the return was accepted and the item was picked up, there have been numerous discrepancies and delays in the refund process. I have diligently followed up with amazon customer support team on multiple occasions, including on March 13, 2024,
                              I was assured that return product was found and return been accepted and initiated by seller and amazon i was assured refund would be processed within 7 working days even after aforesaid deadline when i Contacted customer support Refund was delayed reasons were not not shared was told its in process on March 17, 2024, same happened on March 24, 2024, April 4, 2024, and April 15, 2024. Each time, I was given conflicting information ranging from the return being accepted to the item being found and the refund being initiated.
                              Whereas

                              However, after more than 45-50 days since the return was processed, I am now being informed that the refund cannot be processed as the product was allegedly not found at the collection center. This inconsistency and lack of resolution have resulted in an extremely frustrating experience, characterized by extensive wait times on customer support calls and a lack of clarity regarding the status of my refund.

                              I am deeply disappointed by the level of service provided by Amazon's delivery channel and customer support team in handling this matter. The repeated delays, misinformation, and apparent lack of accountability have left me with no option but to escalate this issue to your attention.

                              I kindly request your immediate intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring that the refund for Order ID[protected] is processed without further delay. Additionally, I urge you to adhere to the timelines outlined on your grievances portal to prevent similar instances in the future.

                                I ordered Laptop cover for my mac book and it does not fit my macbook so I created return for it on the same day. No one came for the pickup for 10 days and then I called Amazon India to create the pick up. No delivery partner came at my doorstep and just message pop that I cancelled it on the doorstep. i again called the amazon care and told the issue and they will create one more return and this will not happen. But it happens once again. i called amazon and they assured me if pick up was not done we will refund. Once again it was not done but it was also not cancelled this time. They told me to wait until 3 june otherwise they will refund. Now they are behaving differently that they cannot refund as 3 pick up are done and they have to accept the product it does not matter it does not fit the macbook. This is nothing but fraud. The kind of mental harassment is unbearable

                                  I had ordered a pair of Ray ban glasses for Rs 340000, ORDER #[protected] which I wanted to return for 15 days but was not able to.

                                  The return pick up was never attempted on the specified date and agent came a couple of times after that without any prior notification. I was never aware whenever a pick up was attempted and agent never called me whenever he came. I had not received any message also, which I should, and I had never been aware that any pick up was attempted. Everytime, when I checked my account, I only came to know that the pick had failed. As per the return policy as well, I should be aware that the pick is going to be attempted on which specific date.

                                  The return is initiated several times, but pick up is not done.
                                  This is clear fraud and intention not to pick up the item. I was in constant touch with customer care but was told that if pick is not done. The customer executives are also of no help and only providing useless responses.

                                  I am expecting a resolution to this.

                                  Today also, pick up was attempted and now the pickup agent did not pick up the product saying it is not matching the image. This was the same concern we faced when the first pick up was attempted. Not sure why all the information is not conveyed to pick up agents.

                                  Customer support is totally useless and don't even have basic etiquettes.

                                  The pick up agent is coming again and again and going without picking up. The verification needs to be disabled. I cannot understand why Amazon is not aware of this recurring issue. The return needs to be initiated after disabling the verification as the image is not matching completely with the product received.

                                    I received a Samsung TV from Amazon today and opened the box. By opening the box, I saw already that there was a broken screen. I wanted to get the TV replaced by Amazon, so I followed their replace instructions and uploaded photos. Then they have to call you. And they were asking for more and more photos, making me feel like I am responsible for
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
