Amazon.In a-to-z guarantee claim (Order[protected] - not able to help resolving issue.. It was claimed for not delivering the product. Whereas amazon claimed they delivered. That is why i claimed for a to z. Neither they are able to provide the proof that they delivered nor refunding the amount. This is like open cheating to customer. I declined their stand on delivery 2 times during claim. Still they don't provide me proof... Not sure how to deal. I am thinking to file a case on consumer. I am sure its delivered to a wrong address & wrong people and now amazon / seller unable to provide proof or doing anything for it as i lost my money. They are keep sending email that it is delivered but where is the proof of the person who received it. It means its not delivered to my address or not sent at all. Expecting amazon to act on it promptly & smartly before they lose the confidence from customer which they earned in times so hard. Was this information helpful? | |||
