Amazon.In order #[protected] champion sport shoes-sold by: cloudtail & delivered on 16/5/16.
Immediately on delivery i had asked for refund of rs.750/- since shoes size was not standard 9 uk as the shoes at toe were very tight and very uncomfortable to wear. Bigger size was not available with seller 'cloudtail".
By giving them bank account number on 19/5/2016. Amzon web-site noted my bank account and on 19/5/16 stated that"refund will be given in 3-5 days.' and also reflected my bank a/c as "*59" and also mentioned "successfully added a new bank account" but even after 1 month no refund has been given to me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
amazon is not responding to refund request for bad product supplied by them from 'Cloudtail'.

      Sir,

      I ordered pigion pressure cooker 3 ltr. From amazon. My order number is[protected].

      I am surprised to see that instead of pegion pressure cooker i received old broken aluminium kadhai!!!

      Amazon sent this product to my city thru delhivery courier service but delhivery courier guy was continuously updating wrong status that ' delivery attempted but addressee was not available'. Fact is neither courier person came to my house nor he tried to contact me over phone. I complaint about courier guy amazon as well as delhivery customer care failed to give me any support.

      Finally, somehow i found the location of delhivery courier agency in my bikaner city and went physically to take the delivery of this product. It was cod based, i paid and took my parcel.

      But, shocking!!!
      I found old broken aluminium kadhai in the original pegion box packing!!! I dont know wather amazon or selling vendor or courier service has cheated me. But i strongly want indian consumer helpdesk to take strong action against this fraud and cheat.

        I had ordered sandisk cruzer blade sdcz50-016g-135 16 gb usb 2.0 pen drive from amazon on 30th may 2016. Amazon provided me with delivery date between 6th june to 17th june. But i haven't recieved the item yet. Amazon said that they will initiate refund if seller doesn't respond within three days. But they haven't. My order id is[protected]. Please help me to get my money back.

          Dear sir,

          With reference to the above, i placed an order for coolpad note 3 lite on dated 27.05.2016 vide order no. Order #[protected] from m/s. Amazon.In
          On 01.06.2016, i received the package of product by indian post (Tracking no. Aw[protected]in). First time mobile box was empty. Box was containing only iemi no. Pasting slip and a screen guard only.

          In concern to the complaint product was replace vide order no. Order #[protected]

          On 09.06.2016, i got the product by indian post (Tracking no. Aw[protected]in), before receiving the package i checked the weight of packet as i was told last time.

          The weight was found 173 gms and weight mentioned on packet was 400 gms. So i didn't receive the product.

          As i am trying to get refund from 09.06.2016 but there is no proper response from m/s. Amazon.In. After my complaint they have permanently closed my amazon.In account and they are not reinstate my account after lot of request mail.

            I had a bad experinece with amazon and i want launch a complaint against.
            As per their promise of purchase the product was supposed to be delivered at 16 june but after taking follow up daily with amazon on given number they are giving next delivery daily since six days which is not acceptable at all.

                I ordered this pair of puma shoes on india's leading online shopping amazon india to gift it to a friend on her birthday
                The shoes received (As the in the pictures attached) were used and stained..
                The packing was worst quality. Damaged box
                Now i am supposed to gift the item by 23 rd of june.. And i am left with no option of gifting the damage box or spend money on a new box or packing

                I left a dealer note on the day of order that i have to gift the item by 23 rd of june
                So it seems a deliberate action by the amazon client, knowing il have no time to put a return request

                I would surely want an action on amazon for the same.

                  I had order a nighty dress 2 quantity. These 2 were delivered together so in this case shipping should be taken for one item only as they were delivered together. But in my case they have taken shipping for each i. E twice

                  Secondly the quality is not good and its not of perfect size and i want to return but they are asking me to return this from my own private courier rather that they taking it from my home.

                  Just to save time i have taken online now to return it i should waste my time in taking printout and visiting to courier company.

                  I want my money back

                    My order no. Is[protected] i ordered this product and courier company has to deliver it to my home. I got call from courier company from mobile no. [protected], the person has given me excuse that my house is too far, it is not part of their route..
                    I trusted amazon but cannot tolerate this type of behaviour from courier company. Please arrange for some good courier service.

                      Hi, I have received a amazon.in gift card voucher, your run fuelled by Amazon. But when i enter the voucher code in amazon.in gift card, i'm unable to claim the amount. whenever i contact the customer care, they are not willing to resolve the issue & disconnect the call.. then i contacted qwikcilver solutions and they replied that they are the distributors, so they don't have the solution for this. I also contacted woohoo customer care, Mr. Tarun said that they are not aware of this & they can't resolve the issue.

                      I have been roaming from last 20 days to claim my gift card voucher. Can someone help here? Amazon.in are not accepting and resolving my issue.

                          I have ordered a lenevo vibe k4 note mobile phone on 9th june by making net banking payment and my product was supposed to be delivered on 13th june as per amazon tracking system. But still my product is not delivered and after multiple followup they are not responding.

                          I have paid 10999/- on 9th june now the scenario is amazon tracking portal is not showing any status. Even i tried to get in touch with customer care many time including mails to [protected]@amazon.In and [protected]@amazon.In. But i think senior management is also not interested to help customers.

                            I ordered Redmi notes 3 on May 18th in Amazon. Then after 2 day at 20th may they delevered the product with some scratches. so i returned on 23rd may.
                            Then my returned reached them on 3rd june and i got a message son on that your refung initiated on 3rd June. but still i didnt receive the refunf amount . nearly it takes a month ago. but when i tried to reach customercare, they simply divrting that the cheque ae delivered. its very bad experience i had with amazon.
                            they mainly focus to diverting call, no proper response.

                              I placed an order with amazon on 13 jun Tracking #:[protected] .
                              estimated delivery date : 18 jun, but could not delivered on 18 jun. After that I made redirection of address so that I can get product on time as per instructions by representatives which was not correct procedure as informed by another representative so I reverted address redirection and requested to deliver order on previous address only. Now after contacting representative again I get to know that I will not be getting package.
                              Delivery Agent not responding of calls if customer is trying to follow up with regarding arrival of package.
                              Every representative is conveying wrong information/ different information at the time of contact.
                              Misguiding by representatives, at the end what is the status - package will not be delivered to me.
                              Not getting any information/ notification regarding order unless I am approaching customer care representatives.
                              Status is getting updated online regarding order after making contact by me only with representatives.
                              After tracking this product since last 2 month I placed the order and after 7 days I am getting information that I will not be getting this package. Totally wastage of time and keeping my money with amazon until it is returned.

                                I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile through on-line flash sale from Amazon website. When the mobile first arrived, i found some issues with basic functioning such as rebooting phone etc. hence i opted for replacement. But when the company replaced & give new phone, within the span of 15 days, the phone became dead & did not started.

                                When i am now opting to amazon to return the phone since i am no more interested due to all such issues, they are declining the same & stated to submit the phone at nearest service centre. Now, the service centre told me that they will repair the phone which is so damn disappointing that after spending 12000 RS, I need to use the 15 days old repaired phone.

                                Amazon, kindly replace the phone or refund back my money.

                                  In last 15 days I have placed 3 orders on amazon and all the 3 orders are delayed.
                                  Even the tracking status for them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent.
                                  On calling the customer agent they say that your delivery will be done on highest priority. However, the system is going in a easy to go attitude and they feel easy to blame the customer for their own mistake. My concern is the system blaming customer for some mistake by the Amazon team or their delivery agents.
                                  Other than that, the customer support sometime says that they cannot give contact of delivery person as it is against the policy, while other gave me the contact number of delivery person. I do not understand what their exact policy is. we are a developing nation and I would like to be a good citizen of it to stop accepting any incorrect nuisance happening with agents. I asked to change the status but they did not do that.

                                  I demand an apology of such notes and also to have a provision to revise the status if any such wrong status is made. Also strict action is required on the delivery agency.

                                    Purchased this product on 24/01/2016, contacted local dealer valji & bros, ravi nagar, gokul road, hubli as instructed by bosch customer care for demo but dealer refused to give me a demo stating it was purchased online.
                                    next problem machine stopped working again contacted the same dealer for repair.
                                    machine kept for observation for 10 days but he could not repair it, but gave a bill of Rs.115/- inspite of being in warranty.
                                    I am under the dilemma of weather purchased theft set .
                                    My machine is currently under non working state from past 3 months, although visited the dealer numerous times

                                        Hi,

                                        I have ordered one laurels watch from amazon India With a cost of Rs.299.
                                        When i received the product and i opened the box i found that Box is empty.
                                        I have contacted amazon Via chat. They said they will refund my full amount in payment method mode. As per commitment they did the same.
                                        Then on next day at around Night 1 o clock i saw an lightning deals of Watcg on amazon India. I have booked the same in Rs.225 and paid via GC mode and received the order no[protected].
                                        Then in morning i recived the email stating that your refund has been initiated towards thr given order number.
                                        This email shocked me. Then i replied amazon. They are reverting thay they have closed my account. Because i have any other account.
                                        I am appealing since 2days that i dont have any other account except one amazon a/c then also a/c specialist team is reverting again and again same thing.

                                        My simple request is this that reinstate my account. I want to use my GC balance.
