Amazon India — about product delivery at chengalpattu | |||
The online ordered products were not delivered in correctly, the respected person who in charge to the deliver the product were not even visiting the address given. They themselves returning the product back to amazon without even visiting the address or not even asking thethe person who ordered. We need to keep on calling them for our order. If we call then they were responding very rudely not even giving basic respect to the customer. At last we just receiving a single message"the product has been returned"! But they not even asked the customer once! And also they deliver in wrong address we will only receive a message"the product have been delivered in given address"even for that message they were not responding! They were responding very... I ordered Nokia 6 smartphone at Amazon paying 14999rupees online. Then two after in delivery date(October 14) they did not delivered the product to me . and they saying that they delivered the product to me.I have prove that I had not delivered the product. So plz help me with this.

I have received delivery from naaptol and the delivery boy was from Amazon shipping he took extra 1400rs from me, i want to get back my money please help me, i am sharing cctv photo of him
