On the last amazon big sale on 21st september 2017, i purchased few items worth rs. 7122.00 however i had to return couple of items due to quality issue.
On 4th october 2017, i raised request for return/replacement/exchange of two bedsheets. After few days, i checked with amazon customer care executive that it is not possible to
Exchange the product and they will refund the amount.in that case, my total purchase amount will be decreased to less than 5k and i would not be eligible to get 10% cashback.
Please note that if replacement choice would have not shown while raising the request, i would have not placed the request to return. Since i got the option to replace, i went ahead and place the request.
Now with refund of those items, my total purchase bill amount will be reduced to below rs. 5k and cash back will not applied anymore.
I spent more than an hour with amazon customer care executive but seemed that he is helpless to provide solution.
Here i want either one solution:
1. Either replace the bedsheets or
3. Refund the amount of two bedsheets and pay the cashback in form of gift voucher on my final bill amount. P. S.in case of refund, the total purchase value will be reduced to less than 5k.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
