Hello sir
I am just writing this because i placed an order with amazon and i got my product on time but when i saw it was not good as i expected and it was damaged product. What happend next when i am calling them they are denying to refund the amount they are saying i can only give you my own card which is (Amazon card) that only can use on amazon only. I paid the amount in cash because i dont have bank account and now they are denying to return my money. Just requesting you to help me in this and please find the below mentioned details that i made with amazon india.

      I had ordered a trolley bag from amazon. Since they gave an extra 10% cash back if we pay by pay balance, i recharged my amazon pay balance and used it. Then i didn't like the bag and decided to give it back. I wanted to order another. Before placing the second order i asked the customer service team whether they can give the refund in my bank and not as pay balance. The girl name bhuvaneshwari said that the refund will be given in pay balance but later on she will transfer it to my bank. I asked her twice if she is sure she can do it, she said yes not to worry. But the very next day the other customer service guy said it is not possible and they cannot make a refund to my bank account. When i said they had promised he said he can't do anything. The girl made a false promise

        I have purchased a saffire's
        Baby's playmat gym made of non toxic materials for rs.1499.00 on[protected]. Also return the same product on[protected] due to the product not matched with the description given in the amazon website. But i am unable to track whether concern company obtained the returned product or not and still my amount not refunded to my account. Please help me to get credit of amount for the returned product.

                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from website (Amazon.in). I have recently purchased a mobile phone (Brand: motorola and modal no: moto g5s plus) from website (Amazon.in), my tracking no:[protected]. My parcel is not arriving till date, unfortunately there is some issue with my parcel.

                Firstly, the commit delivery date is 07.10.2017 before 11:00 am. I get prime member service. But not arrived then contact with amazon executive (Customer care center) that told me we are send request our currier team, and within 24 hr we are deliver.

                I am continually contact with amazon executive, but still not found my parcel. And any updates.

                I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Other wise return my money as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered a mobile which has not specified anything about it. It is sold by amazon. After receiving i found there is no internal memory not even to receive a 50 kb file of contacts. I cannot waste my time typing 1000 contacts. As per order details i can return it before 23 oct. But they disabled my option in app. And when i asked them through mail they replied that i cannot return because they changed policies. If they change policies they should mention return is not there. But return is there till 23 oct 2017. After lots of arguments finally they accepted to take return. And what they did is they have given my friends name and address for return. They are not even in a position to change address before delivery of product but these great people now directly changed entire return details to my friend address and her name. So i mailed them again you genious people how can my friend in kolkata return a phone which i took today in bangalore. Then they changed address. I got a return slip as friday 13th 0ct will be return date but they again called my friend and confused her about the order. Irritated her. And also i cancelled my plans for that day waiting for this guys. But they have not turned up. Actually i planned for vacation. For giving this i stayed at my place on saturday and sunday because that order has to be picked on friday. They have not even informed me the status of return. On 18th they changed status to todays date. They have changed all return details date and time. Amazon wasted lots of my time. I want to sue amazon for this.

                      Through amazon shaping i purchased nakoda creation febrics. That cost will be 169. But when i orderd amazon they given time to send 16 sept to 21sept but it was not reached correct date. After that i have called them and told them to i don't need this product please cancel product. Because it was too late. Then i called 10 times for cancel and refund purpose but till now they r not giving amount and they r telling and diverting matter.

                      And amazon costumer care persons are telling total lie. If i rise any correct questions they are disconnected call. Since 1 and half month i am calling. I have recording and all those things. Till now i called 28 times but their is no use... Amazon is cheating

                        I placed an order for one plus 5 phone on amazon india website on monday 16 october 2017 /[protected], as per the amazon.in website i paid additional 150 rs for early delivery. The delivery date was 17th oct 2017, before 11am. Its been a day still the product has not been delivered and when i call amazon customer service they are saying that product has gone to wrong delivery vendor. Even they rudely disconnected my call while having conversation. And i am not able to cancel the order as of today also not get it delivered on different address.

                            I had ordered iphone se at rs 17, 999 it was a deal price. However at the time of booking i gave a wrong address, i realized it and called the customer service right away who assured me that the shippment will be now diverted to the correct address. I followed up thrice just to make sure that the shippment is directed, however still it got delivered to the wrong address where i couldn't accept as i was supposed to give exchange phone.

                            Now after the courier guy returned the parcel back to the seller and after my escalations, amazon decided to process the refund on priority so that i can again place the order. However now the same phone costs rs 21, 999.00, is it fare for me to be charged 4k more for the same product which was not delivered to the right address for a no fault of mine?

                            Also when i spoke before and asked them not to refund but send the package again the customer service refused. Now the same customer service says if the refund wouldn't have been processed we would have delivered the package at the same price. This is not giving resolutions.

                            I would request you to please let me buy the product at the same original price

                              Never seen such a pathetic services lyk amazon they wil never deliver the products on tym even after paying the extra charges. I have ordered this product as a diwali gift and now they are telling me they wil deliver after diwali. Never gonna purchase anything on amazon. My product was delivered to me by 17 oct 2017 by 8:00pm now they are telling it wil take 48 hrs. Wat the hell is that response

                                As i ordered two times of redmi 4 mobile but both the times ordered was cancelled due to device damage and address not found and both times ordered was succeed and i purchase this product where amazon have offered 10% discount after this i am ok with that but they are saying offer was complete than how can it will be possible with amazon if device is damage than return with same product with same prize if it charge actuaal prize where i purchase this at offer time...

                                My concern is i need this product at same prize where i purchase and same payement done from my side so please conclude this other wise i am going higher and raise case at consumer forum, it was not matter of money it was the cheating done with me i am not able to seen any of the other site doing this... So please do needful.

                                  To whom so ever it may concern.

                                  This is regarding my recent purchase for one plus 3t at a discounted pricing.
                                  I order one plus 3t phone on 7th october 2017 and received the shipment on 10th october 2017, however, the product received the original one plus 3t box was a cheap micro key phone. I did raise a refund request for the same 15 mins after receiving this product. I was promised that this will be taken care of in next 5 business days and was asked to call you (Amazon customer service) on tuesday which i did as i am bit concerned about my 26k rupees on stake and here i am, i received the same response informing we will get an update today by the end of the day hence you contact us again tomorrow, which again i did and received the same response that our investigation team has not updated the details hence request you to call us back again in 48hrs.

                                  I don't give a damn! About your investigation, i as a consumer trust such an online portal and pay rs. 26000, i expect you guys to deliver the correct product intact.

                                    I have purchased a mac-book air 13.3 inch at[protected]. But expiration date in the warranty card of my device is shown 29-aug-2018. And 90 days telephone technical support is also expired.
                                    I have contact amazon many times. But they give me always fake promise that my issue will be solved within 2 days. I want right warranty card.

                                      We ordered redmi 4 mobile for my dad. We received a defective product in exchange of a properly working phone yureka mobile. Touch of redmi 4 mobile we received is completely pathetic n not working. We still are unable to get it returned or replaced.

                                      They are not ready to refund money in bank and are adamant that if refund is processed, it will be through pay balance' my 9500/- are stuck with amazon

                                        On wednesday my friend ordered a couple of bras for me from amazon to be delivered at Chandigarh.The brand is “lovable-confi 36” MRP of which is rs.495 each.But they have charged rs.599 for each bra i.e. Rs.1198 for 2 bras.So the amazon has charged Rs.208 over the MRP of the poduct which is illegal.This is not only illegal but also unfair trade practices in which many sellers are indulged.But this concerns me alot.Before I move the consumer redressal forum for this issue, I think its feasible to bring it to the notice of Amazon and to try and resolve it here and now.
