I have ordered aboutthefit 5000 mah portable rechargeable extended battery pack protective cover for apple iphone 6s/6 4.7 inch (Black) from amazon on 28th november 2019. But product not yet delivered. I have contacted amazon and saler. Saler is form china they dispatched product but it got stuck in customes. I have provide all details which is required and what they ask but product not yet deliver even amazon and saler con't track product. I have around 10-15 email transaction with saler and amazon about product delivery request or refund. But they are not taking any action. Now i need my refund with penulty as they use my money more than 3 months.
