On October 13, 2022, I ordered a ZEBRONICS Zeb Sonic BAR 100 in a great Indian sale. 20.10.2022, was delivered as done. That day I was not at home, so my mom accepted the Purcell. When I came home at that time, I saw in the box the same brand but a different model I had received from Amazon.
And I'm contacting the Amazon support team, and they are transferring my call to the specialist team and telling me that we are investigating your issue from our end, so please provide an image with the account holder's name and today's date. I followed the instructions and sent an image, and they raised an investigation and told me to contact them after five days.
After 5 days, I contacted customer care, which checked the investigation status and told me we have the option for replacement or return; I chose replacement because I want the product. And they are creating a replacement for me.

On the spot, I called customer service, and they told me our specialist team would investigate your issue and determine that you received the wrong item, so verification was removed from our end, and I gave the phone to the delivery boy for talking purposes; the delivery boy refused to make the delivery. And in our call, the customer service executive told me, "I cancel your replacement and create a return request for you." You return the item to us, and we provide a refund.
04/11/2022 I return the item and also make a video when I hand over the item to Curiar Boy as a proof.
There are mentions that after we receive your item to warehouse, we initiate a refund. After 10 days, they are still not initiating my refund, and they are just making false promises for a refund.
And one day, one sir filed a complaint for refund, and after three days, when I contacted them for a refund, they told me we received junk shipping boxes, so we can't provide you with a replacement or refund. And they have discontinued the chat and have completely ignored me.
23 November they CLOSED my account. This is not fair treatment from Amazon.
They have not given me anything but my money, which is Rs 4, 999, which I lost.
In this process, Amazon gave me hassle, and I lost my money.
This is not fair treatment from Amazon. I mentioned all the proof I have.
Amazon has done a big faurd with me. I want to impose a heavy fine on Amazon for this issue, and please provide me with a refund.
