Hi,
I have placed 3 orders with Amazon on 11th April'2024, these were all prepaid orders with products mentioned as eligible for returns and exchange.
I received 3 items of the order on 13th April'2024 and when I was placing the return of the order that got accepted but thereafter I got the mail from Amazon that they closed my account due increase of returns/refunds.
While the delivery person has taken the return on 16th April '2024 and till date there is no refund processed further and neither I am able to access my account inspite of multiple follow ups on mail.
While filing customer service compliant they said they cant hep me with this and my entire money of around INR5000 is blocked with them.
Can you help me in sorting out the issue as this is very unethical behavior that they have closed my account when the orders were in transit. Was this information helpful? |
