Amazon India — Account is on hold for 4 months, Items were not delivered also and no refund is credited

My account is on hold for 4 months, I had ordered 2 items from amazon both
were not delivered to me, and I didn't get my refund back also, I had
called amazon customer support many times since 08/05/2022, regarding my
account activation and about my refund, The refund amount is *13889/- *of
both orders each one is of *6990/- *product name is Samsung Galaxy Buds
Pro, ordered date is 04/05/2022 time is 02:07 Am. Payment UPI Ref no is
*[protected]*, The amount is *6990*/-, I had taken the subscription of
amazon prime membership for faster delivery, but for 4 months no delivery
was done, I request this time to look into my matter and provide me my
refund, and my membership amount also, 20 to 30 times I called the
customer support, every time they only asked me to wait for next 24hrs. My
email id is not registered with amazon, so below are my account details.
