Amazon India — account on hold and they don't give refund | |||||
Dear sir I have order something from amazon on 5/11/2018 of rs230 and i don't know that my account is on hold and order is cancelled but i make payment with my debit card and when i call amazon they said ok i will fill form to unhold your account i call them everyday but they didn't unhold my account thus my i can't get refund and on 7/11/18 i have received one sms that said my refund is credit to your account on 9/11/18 for pvt and 15/11/18 for govt ref#[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
