My amazon.com and .in account has been put on hold August 25th 2021. I made a gift card purchase with order ID: #[protected] with Amazon.com and after an hour or so, the account was put on hold. I received an email saying:
"We have reviewed the information you provided but we were unable to verify ownership of your master card payment ending in **** because in suff doc. Your account is still temporarily on hold."
I sent the email ID [protected]@amazon.com all the details about the debit card and my account statement and even called up the customer care of Amazon.com four times, providing all the possible details. Still my account is on hold and I received no reply.
I've been using the Amazon.in account since 2015-16 and mturk Amazon.com account as well with which I earned the balance and wanted to use it for a gift card.
Please reinstate my account as I've already sent all my details to you. Was this information helpful? |
