Reject return request continuously

Refund initiated without intimation after waiting for 15 days for product delivery

Ordered mobile phone two time which never delivered and rejected on its own

Keeping my money since 1 month

I ordered a mosquito net for single bed, but what I got was one for double bed and I requested for return of the item within 15 days .
