Unethical behaviour of amazon india.

Consignment not delivered order no:171-1037733-9601926

Hi,
I had placed an order (Order #[protected] for "Sound Tech 950 Mbps USB WiFi dapter Wireless Network Receiver Dongle for Laptop Desktop Support Windows XP/7/8/10 nd MAC OS" for which I made online payment.
I have not received the item so far. However in Amazon App status of above order shows as "Delivered 21 June" with the remark "Package was handed directly to a security guard".br...

I ordered a Native M1 Air Purifier from Amazon India. The first unit was damaged, so I requested a replacement. The replacement came but had missing components. Now I’m being made to return the item again, and Amazon says the process will take 16 days, with a refund only after another 10–15 days.

I purchase a pedestal fan but not matching. I contact customer care and replace order. But today the order is cancelled.

He does not respond to queries. The product information is inadequate.
Raising concern to Amazon does not help. The folks on chat give stupid scripted responses.
This seller is a scammer. He does not provide answers to your queries....

    I placed an order for the Resonate WiFi UPS through Amazon, but the bridge cable was missing from the package. As a result, Amazon raised a return request on May 5th. However, the pickup status in the Amazon app shows "Will be scheduled by carrier", which in this case is Delhivery—but there's been no progress.

    I purchased a TV for ₹15, 500 from Amazon, trusting their claim of free installation. However, the technician who came to my house insisted on installing a wall mount, stating that only they could do it, or else the warranty from Amazon would be void. He charged ₹4, 000 for the wall mount installation, claiming it included the service and the product. When I argued, he threatened that the warranty would not apply. I have proof of the payment. Spending an extra ₹4, 000 for installation and warranty on a ₹15, 500 TV is outrageous and deceptive! This is a scam by Amazon. I urge everyone to avoid buying from them.       Fake promises by chat agents

      I notice that when the issue is difficult to handle, the chat agents lie to the customer that they in their capacity have processed the refund and it will get credited back to amazon pay balance within 24 hours.

      However later when you get a call back from amazon it's clear that it was all fake.
      Amazon agents on chat just to satisfy customers make false promises....

      False commitments on delivery and compensations

      I was promised that the product would be delivered by Saturday with my Prime membership, but it still hasn't arrived.
