[Resolved]  Amazon India — After pick-up of item they are denying for refund of Rs 2,999

I had ordered CrossBeats watch of Rs 2, 999 which was picked up for return on 20-Jun-2023. It's been more than 9 months, and I have not yet received refund. Previously it was displaying on the Amazon account that refund will be issued once they receive the item. Now, it is showing in the refund status that product is lost in transit. Is it my fault? Why Amazon is not issuing the refund. This is total fraud. They picked up the product, now they are saying that is not matching. This is lingering since 10 months now. Also, customer support representatives are misbehaving with me while i am calling them for help. Order id is 40202348263807536 Pick -up proof picture has been attached. Please help me in this regards. Seller is total fraud.
