Hi,

I have been following up for this order since evening and the call center agent have confirmed that the delivery partner is unreachable.
I had called the customer care in the afternoon as well trying to confirm the delivery time as it was delayed as per the committed time slot.
After 2-3 attempts to call back the delivery partner it is now suddenly showing in the system as rejected. This is an deliberate attempt to deny a highly discounted product to the end customer.

    I ordered 3 fans from Amazon India. I was promised through customer support that my fans will be picked up by 4th July. The delivery guy came and he said us I cannot pick up your fans because they are heavy and i will send a separate van for the pickup. It's been 15 + days and I call amazon, pickup guy and till now the fans are not picked up. I wasted my Rs 10, 000/- .

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the ongoing issue regarding my order #[protected], placed on July 8th.

      The order, containing four desktop parts, arrived on July 9th, but critically, the Intel i5 processor was missing.

      Despite multiple attempts to resolve this:

      I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos of the delivered and unboxed package.
      I communicated via social media and was connected to a higher team who acknowledged the first claim was raised incorrectly. This team advised me to wait for a resolution by July 15th.
      I waited for a promised call on July 15th that never came.
      Customer service claims a "relations team" attempted to contact me (which I have no record of).
      Now, I am informed a refund is denied with no explanation.

      This situation is unacceptable. My hard-earned money (₹12, 249) is at stake, and my PC build remains incomplete.

      I expect a prompt resolution. A replacement processor or a full refund is essential.

        My order has not been delivered yet I have placed it on July 4 . Now on Blue dart it is showing consignee address incomplete/incorrect but i have given the correct address. Please look into this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible.

            Respected Sir,
            On June 16, 2024, I purchased a MACBOT YELLOW LED fog bulb. However, the product was delivered to the wrong address on June 22, 2024. I promptly registered a complaint on the same day.

            To rectify the situation, I personally collected the product from the incorrect address on June 24, 2024. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that I had received a WHITE LED bulb instead of the YELLOW LED bulb I ordered.

            I contacted customer care on June 26, 2024, requesting either a replacement or a refund. They instructed me to share photos and product details via their verification link. The delivery agent was supposed to collect the item on June 30, 2024, but no one arrived.

            Subsequently, I filed a new complaint on July 3, 2024. Again, I shared the details through their link, and they assured me that the delivery agent would pick up the product the next day. However, this did not happen.

            Finally, on July 9, 2024, I spoke with a customer service executive who confirmed that my complaint was already registered. They promised to collect the product on July 10, 2024. Unfortunately, we have not received any further communication since then.

            I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter. Your prompt action would be greatly appreciated.

              You need to check how come everytime customer complaints on chat, it comes up technical issue at customer service rep end and transferred back to queue .

              I have already share the chat isntacne with Amazon still no action as thete customer rep making fool of system either to avoid customer survey or ther work while getting chat transferred back to queue whenebr customer express disatosfaction

                For aisilin sunglasses worth rs 679.

                Amazon agent incorrectly processed the refund to Amazon pay balance saying that the product is not returnable prior to pickup .

                Later when I asked to create a return request with bank account as mode of refund, my product was picked and refund was not issued .

                Now they say they cannot transfer the wallet amount to bank nor can initiate a refund to bank account which is very very disappointing .

                This is a mistake from Amazon team and they have to rectify it

                    I recently ordered a 6x6ft carpet from Amazon, but upon receiving it, I found it unsatisfactory. Consequently, I initiated a return request. However, the Amazon pickup agent has repeatedly arrived on a motorcycle, deeming it unsuitable for transporting the carpet, which requires a minivan or a tempo. Despite my explicit instructions to Amazon, specifying the need for an appropriate vehicle, and my multiple follow-ups, the issue persists.

                    I even proposed self-shipping the item, but Amazon's investigation concluded, without any transparency or consultation with me, that neither a return nor a refund would be accommodated. When I contacted the seller directly, they offered to arrange the pickup for an exorbitant fee of 600 rupees. This entire situation is utterly nonsensical and fraudulent.

                    As a resident in an apartment with a robust record-keeping system and a NoBroker application that requires my approval for pickups, it is perplexing how Amazon's investigation could conclude without engaging the customer. They claim that the customer is king, but their actions contradict this principle entirely.

                      Hi, we order a total 20 of these book shelfs and only received 1. We have proof from the delivery driver that he only delivered one of these. When asked for a refund Amazon is saying that they delivered all 20 and refusing to give us the refund.

                        I want to report a matter of concern. I expect quick action to be taken on Order No.[protected]. Glen 3 burner gas stove which was ordered on June 27th and delivered with damage on one of the legs on 2nd July 2024. There was no Amazon packaging and the product was very roughly handled.

                        The return pick-up was requested while a new one was ordered as we were in dire need. The New Glen 3 burner gas stove was delivered on 4th July, 2024 Order No.[protected] and the agent asked for the old one after procuring the OTP from Father-in-law Mr. Gauri Lal as the items were shipped to him in Chandigarh. (Chandigarh Baptist School, Sector 45, Cg 160047).

                        The Amazon delivery agent who picked up the damaged product did not update the pick up till 8 July. Hence the refund has not started yet. The application shows the product is due for pick up. The product was bought on Credit Card EMI. If they delay it on purpose then will Amazon compensate for monthly installments?

                        I have been calling customer care, and they did call me back but have been putting my call on hold which later hung up abruptly without giving me any solution. Therefore, I had to search and add all the emails to get your attention.

                          I have order Godrej Group side by side refrigerator, which was delivered as a defective product as confirmed by Godrej India. As per them it is a scrap, I am calling amazon team since 2nd july I was told pickup would be scheduled on 5th july and refund would be initiated, no pickup was done on 5th july because team was making pressure on senior citizen parents to drop side by side heavy refrigerator from 1st floor to ground floor whereas it is clearly highlighted in my address it is first floor. I had to call again and team told me as per the policy after 2 failed pickup advance refund is generated no pickup done infact no one came on 6th july and updated customer rejected. I called again and policy changed in a day which says advance refund generated after 3 failed pickups I took this on mail from the representative where it is clearly mentioned “if no pickup would be done advance refund would be provided as promised”. Now after 3 failed pickup they are denying for the refund of defective product they delivered to me. They are fooling me by scheduling the pickup and no one comes for the pickup. Everytime I ask them now they tell me we will arrange pickup and cant give refund. In this severe heat summer my senior citizen parents are managing without fridge since 1 month and amazon is pressuring me for the task they are supposed to do. No one is picking my call in customer care they say we are transfering and no one comes up.Please find attached the promises and different resolution mails provided by your team. I am assured a callback and I never get it(attached mail), representatives are muting my call and leaving. I am a prime member since 10 years and this is very dishearting.

                              I had ordered a pair of adidas women's shower slides sandals from amazon on 25th April 2024 and it was delivered on 3rd May 2024. Due to fitting issues I requested a return about 2-3 times and they arrived for return pickup on 24th May 2024 and I returned the product. The pickup agent informed me that the return was successful but I haven't received the refund yet. Even after contacting amazon several times I haven't found a solution for this issue.                                 This is regarding my order#[protected].
                                I had placed an order for 20 packs of set of 6 ATROCK Water Bottle | Steel Water... https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0CGXMN8G2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share.

                                Ideally, I should have received 120 bottles. However, I have received just 1 water bottle.

                                I have raised multiple customer requests for the same. I raised the issue the very next day when i realised that only 1 bottle has been delivered.
                                The investigation team has closed the case stating that items have been delivered, which is not the case. Customer support said because investigation team has closed the case, no refunds will be issued. Customer support folks are not even concerned about whether customer issues are resolved or not and they repeatedly disconnected the call.

                                I had placed this bulk order as this is needed for one of the major corporate event at my organisation. I and another colleague of mine had placed the same order. She received 1 bottle too but once she raised complaint, she got it refunded to her Amazon Pay balance.
                                I have no clue what investigation has been carried out by the investigation team because when I spoke to the delivery guy he said he only got one bottle from the warehouse to deliver at my place.

                                However. Amazon investigation team concluded that all items have been delivered at my address, which is just not the case.

                                I have paid almost 16k for this order which is not even delivered. I have not received what I ordered and Amazon is not ready to refund.

                                  Have placed an order for One plus 12 R mobile and Sandisk Pendrive of order value Rs.47, 098 on May 4, 2024 with order id[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on May 5, 2024.

                                  However, the order has not been delivered and the status still shows "Delayed, not yet shipped". Seller name - Green mobiles for the Mobile phone and Appario Retail Private Limited.

                                  The refund on this order has been not yet processed by amazon and I have been calling them for the past 2 months but no proper resolution.

                                  The only way to reach amazon customer care is through chat option in their APP and then it is first connected to Amazon fresh executive he gets the details and then connects to Primary executive and then it is connected to the specialized team which is not reachable most of the time.

                                  In the past two months I would have spoken to 100 plus executives but the answer i get is due to technical glitch the order cannot be cancelled and have been escalated to senior member.

                                  Sometimes they say seller has not updated the status so it cannot be cancelled.

                                  Couple of executives have sent a mail stating the refund has been initiated and will be processed within 5 days but it never happened.

                                  Every time the call gets on hold for 30 minutes and most of the time it gets disconnected in between. I have asked if there is an escalation matrix or a mail id which will be easier to connect however, there is none.

                                  There is no ticket no created for the complaint and there is no record for calling them so many times.

                                  Request to refund the amount paid Rs.47, 098 ASAP.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding the non-delivery of an order I placed. As a loyal customer who has placed numerous orders, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received concerning Order #[protected], which I placed on June 17, 2024.

                                    Order Details:

                                    Product: LUMINOUS INVERTER
                                    Order Date: June 17, 2024
                                    Payment Method: Mastercard ending with 6950 (EMI: Rs 2722.88 for 9 months)

                                    On June 28, I received a call from the delivery person who confirmed the delivery address as 142 Samarth Green City, Near Gomatgiri, Indore. However, he expressed concern about the distance, saying, "Oh, itni dur, " but assured me that the order would be delivered.

                                    When I did not receive the order by evening, I called the delivery person at [protected]. He informed me that the order had been mistakenly placed in another vehicle and would be returned to the warehouse, promising delivery the next day. Despite waiting for 1-2 days, I did not receive the order. To my surprise, the Amazon app showed the order as delivered.

                                    I have repeatedly contacted Amazon customer care, but they have been unhelpful, asking me to wait and then disconnecting the call after placing me on hold for 20-30 minutes each time.

                                    Additionally, I called the delivery person again, and he mentioned that my order is still at the warehouse. He provided me with another contact, Anuj, at [protected], located at the Sanwer Road Godown, for further inquiries.

                                    This entire situation has caused me significant distress, both financially and personally. I am already under financial stress, paying for the inverter through my credit card on an EMI basis. More importantly, due to the stress and anxiety caused by this unresolved issue, I suffered a minor heart attack. This has severely impacted my work, health, and overall well-being.

                                    I am now bringing this matter to your attention as I have exhausted all other avenues for resolution. I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help resolve this issue immediately. I expect Amazon to deliver my order within the next 2 days and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and health issues I have faced due to their negligence.

                                      I have placed an order with ID[protected] with amazon. The order was out for delivery on 03-Jul-24. The devery agent called me at 10:07 PM and denied for door step delivery and asked me to collect the order from a bus stop. I requested him for doorstep delivery. He had not delivered the order and updated wrong comments in the application as "Delivery attempted- OTP not available" though he did not attempt the delivery. I have another installation service order for the same product and scheduled at 10:00 AM on 04-Jul-24. Till now I have not received my order and unable to reschedule the installation appointment. Even I have subscribed amazon prime for fast devery.
                                      But I have been harassed by amazon delivery service and agent. I called amazon customer 3 time but not received any solution.
                                      I need my amazon prime subscription amount back, delivery of my products and installation of the products.
