I had booked the TV on 15-Dec-2023 . the same has to be delivered by 17-Dec-2023. after n=my conversation with amazon via chat the response was "the pack was tampered with tag and the same was returned back .(which was happened on 17 Dec 2023). after soon i spoke to customer care of amazon, they replied with sorry and with confirmation of the amount will be refunded within 72 and the same was refunded to me on 20 dec 2023. this was the case1

again i booked a LG 87CM(34 inches) ultra wide Full HD Display on 24-DEC 2023 and the same was suppose to be delivered on 25 Dec 2023 which was not delivered . while i was spoke to customer care amazon on 25 Dec 2023 they were told that the item will be delivered by before 10PM on 25 Dec2023. when i was tried to speak to the customer care amazon the recording was malfunctioned and it was saying that the the reciever of the call was busy by saying hello before that . this states that amazon wis trying to make profit out with the common man money .

    I think I scammed by Amazon task mall

    I got this people from Facebook they gave me a link and told me tht to get an access to the Amazon task mall I must deposit 100 fast to get to task I did more and more I almost deposited the 10000 now the mall task are keeping increase prices to deposit now I should deposit 6000+ to finish the last task it's what they are saying now...

    I am very disappointed with this kind of poor, worst, or pathetic return service provided by Amazon.

    Product details:

    Order date 09-Dec-2023

    Order #[protected]

    Order total Rs. 2, 799.00

    Received on the 13th of December as a bit of a used product, but still, we accepted it and tried to use it, but the performance was very poor, and we are not satisfied with this product, so we raised a request on the 19th of December for a return pick-up scheduled for the next day, i.e., the 20th of December, but nobody from the Amazon pickup team gave a single call to me and did not visit my place.

    So in the evening, I gave a call to customer care and explained to them that the customer care team had taken my complaint and rescheduled a pickup for December 23rd because they said, "We aligned the senior pickup team to pick up your returnable item, and on December 21st and 22nd, the team was not available, " so they scheduled it for December 23rd.

    Today is the 23rd, and nobody again came to pickup; no senior team, no call. Today again, I called customer care, and they again took my complaint and assured me that this time, within 72 hours, your returnable item will get picked up for sure.

    So many times, Amazon has made fake promises to their customers, and the very strange thing is that the Amazon pickup team themselves cancelled the pickup schedules and entered any reason on behalf of the customer.

    Is it Amazon customer service?

    Who gave the customer rights to the pickup team to put any response on behalf of the customer?

    It's my humble request that Amazon kindly pickup the item and intimate my refund as soon as possible; otherwise, I will take this to the consumer forum and social platforms.

      I ordered the diaper for my Baby. But the diaper quality, I did not like. I received the parcel at 2:15 pm an d I dropped my return diaper at 2:18 pm on Amazon portal with pics. I called his customer care number many time(more than 50 times. But they are not responding. Which is really ridiculous behavior towards their customer.

        Return pick-up was scheduled for: Saturday, 9 Dec, 2023, 07:00 - 22:00
        The carrier for this pick-up did not contacted me & updated the status as return pick up verification failed. This is fraud with genuine customers.

        Please arrange to reschedule for return pickup & refund my money.

          Seller has sent me delivery receipt in which AWB bill number is same but complete shipment details and recipent details name address are all different due to which my status is showing delivered.
          When i track AWB number in the Delhivery Logistic Company office then we know its different.

            I ordered a new Panasonic TV from Amazon India on "11.12.2023"
            and got it delivered on "13.12.2023"

            Upon receiving found out that the TV display was not working properly and image was distorted.

            I created a return for the same on "14.12.2023" but the service personal said it is marked for him as "service-only" and not a return.

            I filed for a return again on "17.12.2023" but the same response from the service personal that it is marked for "service-only" and not a return. They asked me to wait for 8 more days and file for another return, which is clearly and intentionally done to have my order cross the return-window policy of Amazon.in.

            Please help me. I want to return the faulty TV and have my money back.

              I was asked several times if Apuni wanted to complete six tuxes... I complete 6 tuxes as they say. And I have been told that on completion of Rs. 17952/- you will be refunded the total money along with your withdrawal money. But now they say again that if you pay 20000 / -, you will be given withdrawal back if you fill multiple tasks with that money. But I can't afford to invest more money. Now how can I get my order money back?

                I purchased a Trishul using Amazon platform from a buyer called Ashani Creations. They sent me wrong item, which I asked for replacement . But however, no item was delivered. Replacement also not picked up. But Amazon has updated the status as replacement picked and delivered. So I decided to post a feedback on the seeler. But, Amazon is playing games by not posting my feedback about the seller.

                    I had purchased a c-type cable from Amazon India on December 02nd 2023. The item was delivered on December 03, 2023 with one of another order. When I opened the package the C-Type cable was missing from the box. I raised a complaint with Amazon India team on the same day, Post lots of follow up I was given to understand that basis their internal investigation they have concluded that the package sent was proper and there were no issues from their end. I asked them for the evidence of the investigation which I was denied by them. Left with no choice I am filing the complaint against Amazon India for deficiency of service. I am attaching all the proofs and communication received for reference.

                      Return pickup from other city

                      The Amazon customer care team has denied the return pickup of an item from other city other than the place of delivery with the reason that the company policy does not allow this.
                      What is logic in it . Heaven will not fall if it is picked up from the other city other than the place of delivery.
                      The customers have reasons for its pickup from other city.

                        Scam Amazon online mall tasks

                        Please help me get a refund of R502 from an online Amazon mall shop. They gave me a task where I had to keep depositing funds so that I can continue working until I wasn't able to deposit more then I requested a refund and they kept insisting that I put more money to get the money I initially deposited.
                        I need help these people have bad reviews already please assist...

                        I ordered One plus nord phone on 03rd dec and it was supposed to be delivered on 04th dec, given the rush delivery put on it. But understandably due to heavy rain and other logistical issue, I did not receive the package. I called the customer care service and the person who attended told that I did not attend the door. and she suggested me to cancel the order. I insisted on waiting and it was supposed to have been delivered at 12pm today. I checked the status of delivery at 12pm and it said, that it was on its way back. I called the customer service again and apparently i cancelled the order; the one for which i have been waiting for days. The amazon delivery guy did not pick up one single call nor did he call even once.
                        This is not even the first time it is happening. The reluctance to attend the call, to say the truth and to satisfy basic customer requirements such as showing proper tracking updates on the phone is unbelievable. Shame on amazon.

                          I have ordered a cantabil reversible jacket worth RS -1727 the product has been delivered on 27 November 2023 in which i have received a black tshirt then i filled a complaint in Amazon then after 2-3 days after verification i got a call from Amazon specialist team in which they were saying i have checked your complaint and i found that the mistake was from our end then the product qas picked up successfully . After pickup i got a message in which Amazon was saying we will initiate the refund after the item reaches our warehouse .
                          After 7 days the product reached to the ware house and now Amazon is saying we will not initiate any refund i[censored] need refund send the original order. How can i do that i have returned the product which i got and it was verified from the senior end that the mistake was from their end

                            I ordered an item with order number[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today. It's a prepaid order and urgently needed. I order hundreds of items from azon every month and it never happened that the delivery guys could not contact me. sometimes for prepaid orders they just leave the order with the security. Fir some weird reason the delivery carrier for this particular order says that they could not reach me and I really needed it today.. I received a call from another Amazon delivery guy minutes before this one for another order and they say they could not reach me. They are obviously lying and Amazon does nothing except asking me to wait till 10pm. So that it could be carried forward the next day. I need this today anyhow, if not, then tlI will cancel it but need an action taken on the carrier guys. With a learning for Amazon.

                                On 19th October, 2023 I received a SMS about the Auto renewal of Amazon Prime Membership subscription stating that on 22nd October, 2023 the subscription would be renewed, i cancelled the subscription after receiving the SMS on 19th October, 2023 but I was charged Rs 1499, the auto renewal date was on 22nd October but money was deducted on 19th October from my credit card, and even after cancelling the membership no money was refunded.
                                Even after contacting the Customer services several times, I was only told that they don't have a Transaction ID for the payment and hence they cannot refund the money back.
                                Till now i did not receive any money back nor do i have my Prime Subscription active.
                                The last transaction shown in Amazon is on 22nd October, 2022 which was made by myself last year, but no information about the auto deducted Rs 1499 is stated there. The Transaction that was made last year is also attached.

                                  I paid via a WhatsApp link that was shared by the delivery partner of Amazon. I paid but he said the payment has failed on his side and on his insistence & as per confirmation from an Amazon representative, I paid again. They said since initial payment failed, the bank would give my money back. Now, its been 10 days and Amazon says the bank is responsible and bank says Amazon is responsible. No one from Amazon has helped and did nothing but waste my time & take my money.

                                  Horrible people & experience.
