amazon refund didn't get

I ordered on 20th jan 2019 and cancelled nearest day. Mobile headset is refund initiated on 22nd jan and powerbank is refund initiated on 30th jan. Headset is 199rs and powerbank 499rs. Yesterday (2nd feb 2019) i checked my order, then i could see headset status is"return received" and powerbank is "dispatched". I would like to inform you that i have purchesed some item from amazon through order[protected]. Due to personal reasons i return the product through amazon return pickup on dated 08/01/2019.
My issue is no one is taking my issue seriously, every time they are reverting please wait one to two weeks.

fraud transactions on amazon, amazon pay is not secure

Fraud transactions and orders placed on amazon.

Amount deducted from amazonpay without any authorisation from me.
Amazonpay is not secure at all.

It happened on jan 7 for rs 1500,
Croma gift certificate issued to [protected]@gmail.com

Second on 9 jan for rs 250, book my show gift voucher to [protected]@gmail.com.

Customer care is clueless and says refund or cancellation...
