Amazon India — Agent complaint | |||
Hi team Today 11/3/2017 I called amazon for about my query and the 1st agent is very rood and she disconnt my call she even not understand hindi or english. I said tranfer the call to senior agent or manager or supervisor she is not transferred the call intead the transferring she is aruge with me and my wife. I want to compalin about the lady which i spoke 1st time plz listen the call and take strick feedback so that the customer will not to be suffer next time. 2nd lady was good she helped my issue and understand my concern .
