Amazon India — Aizawl, Mizoram courier/ delivery associates

I recently came across the statement of your delivery associates urging your customer to summit their phone number to them, especially your regular costomer, citing that they need to know their number because they cannot get their number from you. And ask your customer to add their mobile numbers in the delivery address, which is highly un-ethical to say the least. They argue that as they cannot access your customer number of your customer, and treaten to return pakages of those who do not add their contact number in the delivery address.

I wish you to resolve this as quick as possoble
