      I purchased ACER LAPTOP from amazon.in . ORDER #[protected], Total Amount paid via credit card - Rs 69, 990/-

      Laptop was defective so returned laptop on 24th Aug.

      As per message on amazon.in portal, it is mentioned that refund is initiated but it will take 3-5 days.

      When I asked for reason for 3-5 days of delay to get back amount, I did not get proper answer from amazon or ICICI bank.

      In era of digital transactions, NEFT/RTGS, Why it should take so much of time to get refund. They told, it is as per RBI guidelines that it takes 3-5 days and in some cases it may take 15 days also

      Please explain why you have made policy to get refund in 3-5 days

      Can you make a policy and make it mandatory for all merchants and bank to credit refund amount immediately ?

        Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile phone in Amazon on 27.07.2021 with order number
        [protected].. I have returned it on 05.08.2021 as the it is defective...Amazon still not refunded the amount..

        I am with contact to Amazon everyday...but they say 2-3 days...it is already 22 days over not got my refund and I have purchased with debit card emi...coming this week...

        Shame with Amazon...keeping customers money and not refunding in time...poor service.

          My amazon.com and .in account has been put on hold August 25th 2021. I made a gift card purchase with order ID: #[protected] with Amazon.com and after an hour or so, the account was put on hold. I received an email saying:

          "We have reviewed the information you provided but we were unable to verify ownership of your master card payment ending in **** because in suff doc. Your account is still temporarily on hold."

          I sent the email ID [protected]@amazon.com all the details about the debit card and my account statement and even called up the customer care of Amazon.com four times, providing all the possible details. Still my account is on hold and I received no reply.

          I've been using the Amazon.in account since 2015-16 and mturk Amazon.com account as well with which I earned the balance and wanted to use it for a gift card.

          Please reinstate my account as I've already sent all my details to you.

                We had been ordered a three set Panasonic rechargeable batteries of four pcs in each set on dated[protected]. but we have recieved only two against three. after that we had been initiate replacement/refund for the same. afterthat amazon executive take the item back from us on dated[protected] but still refund not received. i had been talk to amazon customer care but they asked that they received different items.

                      I had purchased the washing Machine through Amazon and paid online payment for the Whirlpool Model No.31506, 7Kg, delivered on 26.08.2021, to exchange my old machine. the delivery man came and delivered the goods and immediately taken the old one and went off, delivered the item is not brand new and used one and cheated us.

                      we are very much respectful of Amazon products that is the reason I ordered the same, but unfortunately, bad experience learned from Amazon and cheated us with an ulterior motive with used one as New so, kindly take action against the agent and ask them to take it back and provide brand new machine as soon as possible and kindly do needful.

                      otherwise, I will file a suit before the appropriate authority

                        I order a shoes on 17th August 2021 and it was expected on 22nd August 2021 but today is 27 still I'm not get my package.
                        This is not big issue. Issue is I made promise someone that he will get present on his special occasions but guess what that occasions past on 23rd and today is 27 and I don't know where is my package which I booked on 17th. You know how embarrassed I feel and get insulted. And also forward mail to country head and many more but no single reply get.

                                I ordered Bajaj Majesty ICX Neo Induction Cooktop (Black) B010FVFS8 from Amazon.com on 26.07.2021 wise Order Number[protected] sold by Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., Thane, Bhiwandi 421302.

                                Product was received to my address on 29 July 2021 at that time the product was totally damaged as I opened the box. And the hotplate is break down in pieces. Within in 5 minutes of delivery of product I filled a replacement request.

                                Amazon created a new Order Number[protected] dtd 29.07.2021 and was shipped from Bhiwandi warehouse.

                                At the time of delivery replacement of product, the delivery assistant unable to deliver the product due to verification option & Item image not matching with website image and other reason.

                                Multiple times replacement request created and pickup failure( 11 to 12 times). Regularly I am contacted to Amazon customer care, they created pickup request but due to verification options is wrong as per delivery assistant then I contacted to Amazon each and every times (11 to 12 times) and told them to cancel the verification option as delivery assistant told us but the request was never fulfilled and still problem is not solved. I telephonic talk to customer care of Amazon each time 1 to 2 hours, 3 to 4 times.

                                I am requesting to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum please look into the matter and refund the amount or Replacement of the product.

                                    Had purchased a HP laptop on Amazon India platform on 28th July 2021. The Laptop delivered was defective and Amazon had sent in their personnel to verify the defect on 4th August which was successfully verified as defective and therefore a replacement order was accepted by Amazon. At the time of delivery of the replacement order the delivery executive did not deliver the product claiming that the laptop to be exchanged should be in a working condition. Subsequently a refund request was initiated by Amazon customer care which was never picked up. No one from the Amazon team contacted for the pickup of the laptop even after multiple requests were raised for a return pickup over a period of one month. After one month Amazon India is disclaiming it’s liability to pickup the defective product and refunding my money. I have emails invoices and records of all the return requests raised. Why should a consumer be punished for the sellers fault and can the seller just waive off its liability like this ??
