I have ordered a product by amazon india on 25th of july 2021.I have returned it on 2nd august 2021.The amount of the product is 499/-.The order number is #[protected].I have made many calls in amazon customer service center but they did not give a satisfied reply to me.Please help me in getting my money back.

      Date of the Incident :- 11 August 2021

      Description:- I ordered a chair on [ 14 July 2021 ] name zodiac chair PR13 which is sold by [ epsilon enterprises ] of [ RS 7340 ]and i have returned the chair because of its quality issue but no one came to take the chair after i have applied for the return, after i have called the amazon customer care throughly many times then the delivery boy came to take the chair.

      After Amazon initiated my refund they ask me to wait for 5 days and when i didn't recieved the payment after 6 days i have called amazon customer care and asked for my refund that it is not credit to my account yet, but they said that go and check through your bank so i ask for the (reference no.) from them, so they ask me to wait for { 3 days}. After 3 days when i have recieved the (reference no.[protected] I went to the bank to check the reference no. so the bank accountant told me that we cannot check the reference no. because it is generated by Amazon company so i called the Amazon customer services again so they told me that we have credit your amount to {Account no. - [protected] || IFSC code :- PUNB0602700 || }

      so the IFSC code is same as mine
      and Account name is same as mine
      but the last 3 digit of account no. is only different

      so i went to the bank again to check the details of bank account no.([protected]) in which the amount is credited but the bank accountant told us after checking that this account no.([protected]) does not exist and accountant told us that if the account no. does not exist then the amount is reverted to the Amazon company.

      and when i am calling to the Amazon customer care again they told us that they can't help us any more it is your responsibilty and your bank's responsibility and it is not our fault.

        We have order River of Design Women Black Washed Regular Fit Denim Shorts Size 28
        Colour: Black
        ₹599.00

        Therefore, we are sorry to say that, we didn't receive the item which was we order to Amazon Company and we were given items of old & poor quality through your seller. Because of which we requested to return the item. But your collection boy is refused to collect the item today at our home. And started saying that this is an old item which does not have a tag. While we also requested him that we have received this item in such condition. But he did not listen to us and refused to returning the item and said that you talk to Amazon customer care.

        Further, we are unhappy with your action because your seller has cheated on us ignoring our genuine problem. Is it wrong to believe in Amazon…? we will not order any product in future because the return policy of Amazon company is not right.

        Furthermore, we have been duped by Seller of Amazon Company. Which is not right, so we request you to investigate it and give us proper justice immediately.

          I have ordered Aurion Boxing Gloves from amazon which was delivered on 22nd Aug which was not as it was displayed on website. I immediately raised a return request and was supposed to be picked up next day. after 2 days i reached out to support as it no one showed to pick it up. then another request was raised to be picked on 26th which didnt happen again and i reached out to team again and same request was raised again to be picked up and no happened again. Now support team is repeating the same issue.
          i know the refund amount is small but i dont want to compromise on just promising something and sending off something. also wasted 3 days waiting for pick up postponing other things

                I purchased ACER LAPTOP from amazon.in . ORDER #[protected], Total Amount paid via credit card - Rs 69, 990/-

                Laptop was defective so returned laptop on 24th Aug.

                As per message on amazon.in portal, it is mentioned that refund is initiated but it will take 3-5 days.

                When I asked for reason for 3-5 days of delay to get back amount, I did not get proper answer from amazon or ICICI bank.

                In era of digital transactions, NEFT/RTGS, Why it should take so much of time to get refund. They told, it is as per RBI guidelines that it takes 3-5 days and in some cases it may take 15 days also

                Please explain why you have made policy to get refund in 3-5 days

                Can you make a policy and make it mandatory for all merchants and bank to credit refund amount immediately ?

                  Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile phone in Amazon on 27.07.2021 with order number
                  [protected].. I have returned it on 05.08.2021 as the it is defective...Amazon still not refunded the amount..

                  I am with contact to Amazon everyday...but they say 2-3 days...it is already 22 days over not got my refund and I have purchased with debit card emi...coming this week...

                  Shame with Amazon...keeping customers money and not refunding in time...poor service.

                    My amazon.com and .in account has been put on hold August 25th 2021. I made a gift card purchase with order ID: #[protected] with Amazon.com and after an hour or so, the account was put on hold. I received an email saying:

                    "We have reviewed the information you provided but we were unable to verify ownership of your master card payment ending in **** because in suff doc. Your account is still temporarily on hold."

                    I sent the email ID [protected]@amazon.com all the details about the debit card and my account statement and even called up the customer care of Amazon.com four times, providing all the possible details. Still my account is on hold and I received no reply.

                    I've been using the Amazon.in account since 2015-16 and mturk Amazon.com account as well with which I earned the balance and wanted to use it for a gift card.

                    Please reinstate my account as I've already sent all my details to you.

                                I had purchased the washing Machine through Amazon and paid online payment for the Whirlpool Model No.31506, 7Kg, delivered on 26.08.2021, to exchange my old machine. the delivery man came and delivered the goods and immediately taken the old one and went off, delivered the item is not brand new and used one and cheated us.

                                we are very much respectful of Amazon products that is the reason I ordered the same, but unfortunately, bad experience learned from Amazon and cheated us with an ulterior motive with used one as New so, kindly take action against the agent and ask them to take it back and provide brand new machine as soon as possible and kindly do needful.

                                otherwise, I will file a suit before the appropriate authority

                                  I order a shoes on 17th August 2021 and it was expected on 22nd August 2021 but today is 27 still I'm not get my package.
                                  This is not big issue.
