Amazon India — AKAI LED 43 inches TV | |||
I have already purchased a AKAI 43 inches TV on Dec 10 the 2021.Within a span of 8 months there was a issue on the display.I called the Amazon customer care several times there answer you have to contact the AKAI service provider only to get it repaired.But AKAI was blaming on Amazon that you have made payment to Amazon only they are responsible for that .But at last Amazon accepted that there fault and sent a person to inspect the Television.They came to know that it cannot be repaired.They have taken back the Television on 25th October 2021 and they agreed to refund the entire amount.But still waiting for the amount to be refunded to my account. The problem is not resolved. From Amazon Customer Care I am repeatedly getting readymade answer stating that I will be getting a call from their superior within 24 hours of time.I have not received any call till now. I was really shocked the Television which I was purchased at a price of RS 24049 it was updated in Amazon App at a price of Rs29999.Cheating company I have provided the proof of conversations below the images page. Please check and do the needful. People don't get cheated buying a product through Amazon and facing a problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
