Amazon India — amazon account hacked and details changed | |||
My account linked to amazon profile got hacked and hence the it is also hacked and i am not able to login to my profile. I tried login using otp but the phone number has also been changed. Please help me to get my account back. I only have access to it through the prime videos app as my device is authorised. I tried reaching to customer care but for no use. Atleast block this account or delete it so there’s no unauthorised access to it. That account had prime access and full kyc verification was done. Was this information helpful? | |||
