The order was placed on 3/12, received on 5/12 but found defective and reported on 6/12. Amazon decided for its replacement latest by 13/12 but at the website, the window was closed on 12/12 but no replacement done. When complained, the new date of replacement was given as 24./12. Since the Supplier is from Goregaon and the initial supply was made within two days of order placement, I fear that delay tactics are being adopted by the seller in connivance with your staff and the date fixed now (24/12) will also met with the same fate as stated above.
Amazon is requested to look into the case as I am being harassed for a petty item for over a fortnight. Such delaying tactics, which mar the image of the famous Amazon, never happened in any earlier supplies.
