Amazon India — Amazon cancel my confirmed order which paid already | |||||
Hi, I had placed the Order #[protected] of Moto G Turbo (White) on 27-Mar-16 with Amazon India. I used the promotional code which was offering this handset at price 4999. I received the confirmation mail on 27-mar-2016 regarding delivery dates. But now in the evening on 28-mar-2016 I got the mail that order has been cancelled & refund initiated. As I had not cancelled...They are saying there is a technical problem in pricing .So there was a pricing error.How can we trust that the price of all other products is proper or not. Amazon also can share our saved credit cards details and other details by technical error.I have cancelled my next placed order from Amazon.All other customer can do same thing that Amazon did.Place order and After dispatch, Cancel It with COD payment Method.Then they know customer Value.
