Amazon India — Amazon cancellation not good

Sir/ma'am,
I ordered a product on 10th june on Amazon but since due to prolong delivery date and product not required for now, I requested for cancellation with the help of customer service advisors but even after that the item is still on shipping and the product still didn't get cancelled therefore,
I want to raise an issue with amazon india that the service provided by them has been not nice and trustworthy to the customers.
