Amazon India — Amazon cancelled order after confirmation of it

Respected sir...
I booked moto g turbo dated 27 march in 4999/- rs witjh mentioning promo code & received confirmation mail of the same from amazon india.
But
after 3 days amazon cancelled order by reasoning technical issue through mail.

Do needfully to solve th same to make that deal possible.
