Amazon India — Amazon cancelled order due to seller failed to ship

I placed twice prepaid orders on two different sellers thru Amazon and after sometime Amazon cancelled my order as sellers failed to ship the items. Amazon dont take any action against such sellers and I got no solution from Amazon. There must be tough action against such seller and buyer must be protected. I suffered two way i.e. Amazon enjoyed my money for almost 10 days for each order and lost due to non-receipt of item on my expected date, which derail my plan to use of product.
