Amazon India — Amazon Cash back

I purchased gold coins from amazon website on 20th july on amazon early prime deals
Following are the offers which it gave:
1) 10% discount for SBI credit card upto 1250 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
2) 10% discount for SBI credit card upto 1500 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
3) 10% discount for ICICI credit card upto 1250 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
4) 10% discount for ICICI credit card upto 1500 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
5) 10% discount for ICICI debit card upto 500 for Non-EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
6) 10% discount for ICICI debit card upto 1000 for EMI transactions with minimum purchase value of 5000
7) 10% discount for ICICI amazon pay credit card with 5% instant discount and other 5% as amazon pay rewards with minimum purchase value of 5000

I purchased 3 orders for ICICI amazon pay credit card offer with below order numbers:

I got instant bank discount of 5% at the time of purchasing. But by the end of month, I didn't get any cashback. I called to amazon customer care
on 29th July. They mentioned that they will get the issue resolved by 3 to 4 business days and will do the follow up. Since I didnt hear from them
and issue not resolved, I called them again on 3rg August 2022. But they are saying I am not eligible for cashback and providing the general
guidelines. When I asked them to give the guidelines from 20th july, they are asking me the proof of the offer which I dont have. they said
I have to prove that the offer is there. I said, I dont have it and replied that I clearly remember the offer and asked them to provide offer
details of that particular day which they are responding with the same general guidelines.

I mentioned to them that even i if I am mistaken, they should give me the guidelines of that particular order day to prove me wrong. They didnt
respond for that query and responding with the same general guidelines

My question is that if the offer is not elligible for gold then why they mentioned that on gold product page?
As of my knowledge, I remember seeing the offer eligible for gold. I went to that product in the first place by seeing 10% discount.
