[Resolved] Amazon India — Amazon customer care refusing for a offer which was going on their website on 23rd april | |||||
Following offer was there on amazon between from 22nd to 24th april, 2016 "if you shop any gift card brand listed on the gift card store worth rs.5000 or more and get rs.300 back in 7 business days from the offer period." I purchased rs. 5000 big bazaar coupon and called to customer care today to check the cash back offer. Now they are saying there was no such offer on amazon website. I have a written proof sent by their customer care executive anusha. After i forwarded the mail, they are trying to find loop holes in the mail.
