Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recent delivery issue I faced with Amazon. I had ordered a monitor (Order ID:[protected] to be delivered to my doorstep, but to my dismay, the delivery person refused to deliver the product and instead asked me to come and collect it from their location.
I was informed that the delivery person had reached my address, but refused to deliver the product citing reasons that were not valid. I was shocked to hear this, as I had paid for the delivery charges and had expected the product to be delivered to my doorstep.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Amazon and would like to express my grievances. The reason for ordering the product online was to avoid the hassle of physically going to a store to purchase it. By asking me to come and collect the product, it defeats the purpose of online shopping.
Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that the product was returned to Amazon due to the delivery person's negligence. This has caused inconvenience and frustration to me as a customer.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen to any other customer. I request you to please make arrangements for the product to be delivered to my doorstep. Now I have received a message that your amount will be refunded soon. With whose permission you have cancelled the order. Who asked you for the refund??and who asked you to cancel the order?
I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter at the earliest. Or else i will seek the help from consumer court and i will be filing a complaint against amazon India and the delivery agent.
