Hello Sir/Madam,
Amazon service is getting degraded day by day and never ever I get my product deliver at the doorstep, for my order I need to go to the market and take my product. More than one week has been elapsed, to be accurate with the timing I would say the complaint I started registering is from 11th Oct 2022 and what I am getting as a response each and every time is an apology but not the product. Firstly, I thought there might be issue with my account, then I ordered things from my father's account, but issue persist the same.
More than 30+ calls has been placed from my side regarding the issue with numerous complaint and escalation, no one is looking into it. When I tried to talk with one of the Amazon's leadership team and provided my concern, he replied to me back we don't have any solution or authority for taking action to seller or going into consumer court, so I asked if issue persists the same when I place my next order, he said again i would ask you to place the order, we don't have any solution.
If this is what they would do, then whom I need to ask for help. Was this information helpful? |
