Amazon India — Amazon didn't deliver my product | |||||
This is regarding my order no[protected] placed on 18.10.2016. This product was shipped on 19th Oct and has reached my home location (Hooghly) on 24th Oct. Since then it is 7 days today and the product has not moved and no one attempted delivery. Instead the status showing delivery failed as customer not in place, which is not true at all. Why didn't the delivery guy called me as my mobile number is clearly mentioned!! This is really very poor service from amazon!! Since then it has been several days and no delivery was reattempted! I have called the Amazon customer care several times, every time they said that we have escalated the matter but no steps had been taken to deliver the parcel. This is not the first time, this has happened several times in the near past by "Amazon Transportation Services". But even after several complaints no improvement was made. As I have ordered this product for kids party and it is over now and hence I do not need the product any more. So I have raised a claim to refund my money. I am really embarrassed by the service provided by amazon and I will never buy again. I want to raise this in this consumer forum so that others do not get fooled by Amazon and their lies. Thanks.
