I have created a shipment on 24.01.2018 which included 26 products with 11 skus. The products are women sports leggings. Amazon fba support staff guided me through the entire process of creating the shipment as this was my first shipment. My pin code 248001 is not serviceable by ats and the support staff asked me to get it delivered through blue dart. I did so and blue dart office of balluwala chawk, dehradun told me that they have never sent a packet to amazon on behalf of amazon seller. But the operation manager told that their delhi office will know as i am sending the packet to amazon, a-28, b-1, mohan coop indl area, new delhi-110044 and they will also take an appointment. On contacting amazon about my shipment once blue dart updated the delivery status as success on 30.01.2018, i was told that it will take 3-5 days time to update my shipment status in the seller panel. I waite 3 says and then again contacted them only to hear that it will get updated soon. After a week of delivery, when i contacted them, they said that it will be reflected in next 48 hours. After two days when i contacted them, they asked me to provide the proof that it was delivered. I got very surprised on hearing this. If the packet was not traceable why did they kept on saying me that it will be updated in so and so many hours or days? I obliged though and send them the pod. They wrote me back and said that they want bill of landing or pod mentioning all the skus and weight. Then i told them that pod does not have the skus mentioned as their support staff never told me to do so during shipment creation and neither does blue dart branch office of balluwala chawk dehradun have any previous experience. I kept on sending all the pods that blue dart sent me as a proof of delivery and even the screen shots from the blue dart mis which showed when and what time the packet was delivered. After all these i receive a mail saying that i have not created any appointment at the time of creating the shipment. I replied that, i was never told so by your team member while guiding me to create the shipment. They again mails to send the stamped pod, which i sent to them as was given to me by blue dart. On writing to blue dart they have investigated this and confirmed the delivery of the packet with the name f the person who received it. The person who received the packet is mr. Vikramjeet working at the same fc. I want my packet back and had a very bad experience with amazon. They are not co-operative and treat sellers very badly. Please advise how to get my packet back.
