Amazon India — amazon icici credit card

I have availed facility of amazon icici credit card. Though i was told that i would get cashback for the purchase that i make on amazon, i just receive the sms on my registered number but no cashback is credited to my amazon account as amazon pay balance. I had raised a complaint also with the customer care but i m only told that the amount is credited to the account associated with the number with which my amazon account is linked. Bt this is false as no amazon pay balance is credited to my account. I would like my balance to be credited to my account from the day i have used the credit card.
