Dear Sir,
I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (white) under Order #[protected], on[protected]. The product was priced at Rs.12499/-. But under a promotional activity by Amazon, after applying a promotional code (GYJQJ3YW) the order total was Rs.4999/-. I have applied the said code and it was successfully accepted by the Amazon site and paid the entire amount of Rs. 4999/- through my credit card and the said amount has been debited from my account as well. Following this, I had received an order confirmation email from Amazon. Thereafter, in evening I got an email from Amazon that your order has been cancelled. I immediately checked my order status on Amazon account, they removed the order detail on my Amazon account. Second I had received an email which said your order has been cancelled and the amount is refunded to you. I had never cancelled my order nor had I asked for any refund from Amazon India. The order has been abruptly cancelled without any intimation to me. When I had placed the order, the product was in stock and was available and the amount was accordingly deducted from my account and an order confirmation email was sent. Any refund which would be credited to my account shall be accepted by me under protest as I desire for the product and not for refund. I am hereby reserving my right for obtaining the product which I have paid for.
I also spoke to the Amazon customer service people they said that your order was successfully placed under the discount and you also paid the amount. Now they are telling me senseless things about cancelled my order.
