Amazon India — Amazon India Cheated me

I am going through a horrible experience with Amazon after placing the Order #[protected] almost a month ago and the same is not yet delivered. I have contacted the Amazon reps multiple times and they are only good in copy pasting the templates and not have done anything yet which is value adding to the business or to the customer (me). I have discussed about this situation with other fellow and in the forums and came to know that Amazon is in to cheating the customers and they even doesn't have any products or sellers in real. Amazon just highlight the US standards in India to attract the customers and make money and the business is planned for a short duration and then to vanish. I am writing my complaint to the India consumer court and to the ministry of commerce and will soon upload the approved complaint details in the open forums to create awareness. Its not about my money Rs. 1600, but about the feeling of being cheated in my own country by a US .
