Amazon India — Amazon India Damaged Product, Incomplete Replacement, Delayed Refund & No Water Purifier for Over a Month

I ordered a Native M1 Air Purifier from Amazon India. The first unit was damaged, so I requested a replacement. The replacement came but had missing components. Now I’m being made to return the item again, and Amazon says the process will take 16 days, with a refund only after another 10–15 days.

Meanwhile, I had returned my old working purifier, trusting that the new one would be fine. Now I’m left with no purifier at all, and have been forced to purchase bottled water daily just to ensure safe drinking water for my family.

I was assisted by Sonali, a representative who failed to offer a resolution and was rude on the call.

I request immediate action, a faster refund, and compensation for the delay, inconvenience, and added cost of drinking water.

This has been a stressful and unacceptable experience from a company as big as Amazon.
