Amazon India — Amazon India Delivered used laptop but they are not accepting

Hi,
I have brought my Lenovo 80M0007LIN 11.6-Inch on 15 of Dec 2015 and they claimed its new one.
Now I am facing some issue with laptop from last couple of month so I have visited Lenovo service center, Where I found my laptop warranty already has been expired on 4 Aug 2015.
Regarding that I have contacted customer care of Amazon India. But they are not ready to help me. They always try to say you have to contact seller he can increase ur warranty but does provide any contact no.
I am the customer of Amazon not there seller.

All electronic goods purchased on Amazon are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty.

The items are shipped along with an invoice and the manufacturer's warranty card (if available) that can be produced at any authorized service center across India.

The item Lenovo 11.6 inches laptop(PQC - N3540/4 GB/500 GB/Integrated Graphics/Windows 10) is covered by 1 year of manufacturer warranty. You can claim the warranty at any Lenovo service centre in India.

We do not have the information whether the warranty can be claimed globally or not. You can contact the manufacturer, Lenovo.
